This company failed to deliver on promised services, and when I called for help I was completely dismissed! AVOID THIS COMPANY & PICK A REPUTABLE ONE!In May I purchased a AAA policy for peace of mind. My car battery failed and I called and a service technician was dispatched. The technician was unable to obtain a charge on the battery because it was dead, which should be expected that a dead battery has no charge. The technician said AAA could not test a new battery without me paying $120 for a new battery as he just wanted to make a sale. Since my problem didn't fit their flow chart, they refused to assist me. What exactly am I paying for that in my moment of need, they decide not to deliver the service I paid for?I tried calling their call center and was completely blown off by their rude employees, so I asked for a supervisor. I was placed on hold and after 10 minutes of being on hold with no update, I hung up. (I suppose they will say I "hung up", but how long am I supposed to wait on a phone when no one plans on returning to the line?). I tried calling again, and after a wasted hour of talking to people with robotic answers, I finally got to speak to a supervisor who said it was "company policy" so she could not help me, but she would "cancel the auto-renewal in 2015". NO THANKS! Their solution is to not force me to continue to be their customer since they don't take care of their customersUNBELIEVABLE! I don't want their "service" (or really lack thereof) I just want my money back since I had to go buy my own battery after they failed to deliver the service I paid for. If this is their "company policy" to take money from customers to be there when the vehicle breaks down, and then say because it broke down we won't help you is FRAUD!As the company has not been willing to read me anything beyond their beloved "company policy", to actually use some common sense and treat me like a person, I'm turning to the Revdex.com for assistance to hopefully resolve this matter without further escalation. At this point I've lost all faith that this company will follow through on its promise and just want my $66 refunded and to immediately cancel my account (not wait until 2015 as I don't want to do business with liars). The biggest frustration is that they simply don't care about their customers and they have systemic problems at every layer of their organizational hierarchy. A company that cared would have someone (at some level) that can actually look at the situation from the customer's point of view. I'm not just disgruntled because they said my battery wasn't covered.I'm angry at the way I was treated when I tried to beg for help, left on hold presumably until I would hang up the phone, as they don't even have the decency to have anyone in authority contact me knowing they failed to deliver on their contract.Desired SettlementI want a $66 refund, my contract canceled immediately, and a public apology for the horrible way their employees treated me. I want to hear a plan for them to train their employees in basic customer service (like don't interrupt and speak on top of the customer, and at least listen to what the customer is saying before starting to explain why the answer is automatically "no".I want a phone call from an Executive (Director level or above) to call me to discuss these issues in detail, and to make this right. My hope is that this company will learn from its mistakes, but I fear this will simply fall on more deaf ears. I'm just the lowly customer who has no voice in their eyes, and they don't even care I exist. It really is a shame.

Damage to auto during roadside serviceWhile pulling my wife's auto out of the mud, the tow company , acting on AAA's orders, damaged my wife's bumper. After several phone calls , they informed me that neither AAA or their contractor would pay for the damages. I have been a member of AAA for 10 years and didn't see this coming.Desired SettlementI paid $993 dollars to repair the bumper and think AAA or their contractor has some responsibility in this. I have paid ten years of membership dues, sometimes as many as six family's memberships, and I don't see the loyalty from AAA.Business Response I am pleased to report, that upon further investigation, AAA fully reimbursed Mr.[redacted] for the $993 he paid to have his bumper repaired.Otto T.
