Review: AAA Auto Glass came to my home address and installed a windshield in my [redacted] on 4/1/14. When I subsequently drive down the road at 50-60mph, I hear a "hissing sound" around the windshield; I assume air is coming in from an improper seal. Called them, and they agreed to come out and repair 9am-1pm on 4/28/14. I stayed home from my work that day to meet them. They called at 9am on 4/28/14, and said they couldn't come that day (after I had already stayed home from work of course); we rescheduled for 9am-1pm on 5/5/14. I stayed home from my work again on 5/5/14 to meet them. On 5/5/14, not having seen them by noon, I called to confirm they were still coming by 1pm; the person said yes. As of 4pm, no one has showed up. I have now stayed home from work 2 days that were each scheduled with them a full week in advance, and they haven't shown either of those 2 days.Desired Settlement: Given that I've stayed home from work for 2 days awaiting them to come repair what they should have done right the first time, and given they didn't show either day to do the repair, I want a full refund of the $209.10 I paid them.
