On January 23rd 2013 I had contacted RANDY BERNAL of AAA Mobile Auto repairs, Mr Bernal came to my resident to inspect my car, at the time he came I was at work and a conversation between he and I was done via the telephone, I explained my car randomly turns on and I would like to know what is the problem with it and to provide me an estimate on how much any repairs would be, I explained I do not want any work done on my car until he can give me an estimate , he explained the cost of the repairs would be no more than 300.00 with the labor and repairs, he said he believee its the computer in the car and if he has to replace it with a new one than thats how much I can expect the charges and labor to be, I then explained do not do any thing till you contact me first, he explained he would, he stated that he didnt have anyone to drive my car to his shop and he would be back in the morning to pick up my car, he came that next morning on 1/24/2013, he took my car to his shop he explained he would contact me later that day with the results as to what is the issue and the cost to fix it. Mr Bernal never contacted me all afternoon and I wondering what was the issue with my car so I took it upon myself to call Mr Bernal later that evening, I called about 5 times and left 2 messages , Mr Bernal never returned my call, I again call that next day all day long which was now friday 1/25/2013 I explained on a voice mail I am taking the bus to and from work I need my car can you please return my calls and let me know what is going on or if you have found the problem, MR Bernal again never returned my calls , I called all day Saturday and Sunday 1/26/2013 and 1/27/2013 left messages and still did not receive a call back, My last phone call was Sunday Late and I left my last measage , I explained to Mr Bernal if I do not hear back from him by the morning I was gonna call the police and report my car stolen. that morning I get a call from Mr Bernal , he explained he could not find the problem I explained I had been trying to get ahold of him and why didnt he return my calls he stated that him and his wife had left out of town, he proceeded to say he was gonna charge me $285.00 for his services, I asked what services? you took my car thursday you went out of toen friday thru sunday , what sevices did you perform? you did not fix my car , you did not replace anything on my car what services are you talking about , he plainly stated "for my time" . we did not have an agreement his time would cost me anythng , he was to give me an esrimate on my car and I would let him know if I would want him to repair it or not. I had my daughter in law thake Mr Bernal the money to get my car, it was located at a shop on 3615 W Clarendon, upon picking up my car and driving it home it was discovered that not only was the orginal repair still needed but while in the reponsibilty of Mr Bernal now my back brake lights were bronken , my gages on my dash board no longer work my blinkers no longer work and my truck no longer works some electrical stuff have blow out burnt out or whatever happened to it, Mr Bernal was than again called and was asked what happened to the car he than proceeded to say he must have burnt out some fuses, he came over to look at the car again and could not find the error he made he than said I dont know whats wrong with it, how do I know it wasnt like that when I got it? Mr Bernal than proceeded to say he would come back and take another look at the car to fix at least the things he broke , I have not heard from Mr Bernal since and he still does not answer my calls.
