WE LOST $IN PARTS AND LABOR AND TOWING
YOU CAN BRING YOUR CAR BACK AND WE WILL INSTALL IT IF YOU PAY WHAT OWED TO THE SHOP
MR *** *** had his car towed and a complete repair and rebuild on an engine We also fixed a few things at no charge balance is paid , car left running engine have a warranty , he is welcome to

*** *** a.k.a ( I don't pay tax I work for the city of Houston ) , contacted our shop for a price on engine for her car , a quote was given to her on engine installed only $1700-she asked if we can do the job
ASAP and have it ready in days a tow truck was dispatched and car was delivered , we noticed it has been parked for some time , I asked if she can come to the shop and leave a deposit and sign the paper work , and she did when we asked for 50% down she stated that this car been at other mechanic shops and they could not fixed it and now we know why !!!!
She assure me that she can pay $now and full balance by Saturday if we finish on timeI also told her a bout the towing bill and she said her insurance will cover it .
we offer free towing (up to $50.00 credit ) on engines installed at full price when we started on the car the main PCM for the car was missing so we contacted her and asked her to recover it from the other mechanic shop , they could not find it so they reimburse her with $to get another one we got the engine installed and bought a PCM and programmed it and a few hours in test drive the alarm and electric system is not letting the fuel pump to run we have sent pictures of all the work and she saw the video of her car leaving the shop on test drive times .
I have explained to her that the car need electric wiring work and needed to be sent to an electric shop and she authorized it , as of today she owes the balance on the engine , PCM and towing to electric shop and there bill , she refused to pay for work that was authorized and rendered , and late fee since August we have our money invested in her car and we will start the legal pressures to recover the lose if we do Not get the full amount paid by pm on 8/**/ we will move forward with legal action .
Now we know why other mechanic (family ) refused to fix her car and took parts out of her car , and told us "GOOD luck with this lady , she wont pay you, she will scam you " !!!

The car is not drivable and I don't have the money to pay another wrecker to pick it up.I have since learned that this business has an F Revdex.com rating and has numerous complaints and lawsuits filed against them so they don't want to honor their on policy of free towing with work done by them they haven't in the past so I don't think they will honor it now.

The information provided by the [redacted] is falsefied. No agreement was signed between the two of us only verbal. Towing papers were only acknowleged after he did baid and switch ad. The legal process has already started and I am happy to resolve the matter in court. The court is still not running and Mr. [redacted] was not authorized to charge me any additional charges for taking my car to an electric shop which was not authorized. If it was authorized he would not have withheld the location. I have him recorded stating nothing is owed but what was on the estimate provided. The issue is not resolved as the shop has not got my car to run still per the verbal agreement. No payment until good running condition. Mr. [redacted] acknowleged it is still not in running condition. He has signed stating he will return my car within 10 business days on the DA will be proceeding with theft charges.
