For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I dont agree to what AAA has said in his responseI am a victom of a non working engineA liter hemi engine to b exactIve triednumerous times to allow him to make this rightWe agreed that he'd send me good parts which never happened, I agreed to pay half for shipping once I agreed he backed out, I've sent him numerous photos of the nad engine proving that its a bad engine, he asked me for some pink markings that he painted on the engine I proved they were there then I moved forward on removing the head to prove that it did have a bad piston n number cylinder and he agreed that it was bad, all im asking is for my back that I paid not or like hes trying to do towards meI either want a good engine or my $backThank u *** ***I also sent u proof from our texting back n forth n another emailThis is not a scam anyone can come look at the engine n my garage to prove its badThank you *** *** phone number *** email ***

I do not agreeto any of this, aaa automotive sent me a bad engine that was never installed, I have proof of this, from day 1 there was signs of a bad engine and I sent him pictures of every bad part on the engine, such as a hoke n the oil pan, hole n the piston, missing push rod, valve stuck n the head cylinder wall scarred and the head is scarred. I have video of all this and pictures, I did acope the engine then I did remove the heads to see what I was working with, if everything would have been good I planned on rebuilding it, buti cant now bc I have no good parts. This is on him to pay for the shipping if he wants to send me a good engine, or he can give me back my 1000

Good Morning,This is our response to the customers complaint for the 5.7L Hemi Motor. On February 2nd 2017 the customers did contact our company to purchase a 5.7L motor for their 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Truck. This is a rare motor as it is a one year only and we had a few options available...
through our vendors. The customer chose the lowest priced hemi the 5.7L hemi core motor. Shops and engine professionals like this type of motor because it is a rebuildable core engine. The block is not cracked but some maintenance must be performed to the engine to make it grade A quality. This was disclosed at the time of sale please see attached contract for services it does clearly state that the engine was sold AS IS and does discuss the condition of the motor. Due to our partnership agreements and the fact that since the engine was sold as is it was not marked and we have no way of knowing if the returned item is our motor or not. We did offer a small engine repair technician service at no charge to cover labor associated with the rebuild but we did not receive a call back when we had the technician scheduled to come out for the repairs. The customer specifically complained that the engine smoked. We did inform him that even though the oil is removed before shipping some oil stays in the engine and when shipped the motor is laid on its side. This does cause smoking from the tailpipe when the engine is first ran. We apologize if there was any confusion but we did clearly disclose the term and conditions of the engine when sold and upon delivery. Please see attached signed contracts. We have sold engines like this many times to multiple shops across the country and have never had any complaints. We would return the motor but we have no way of knowing if it is ours or not because we do not mark the AS IS engines.
