AAA Bathtub Refinishing

Review: Hired AAA to refinish a tub. A year later, the finish is peeling off. I have contacted him several times to repair the finish and he will not call me back. I have been calling for a week. He took the call the first time but won't answer now. He will not honor the warranty and now I have to find someone else to repair at an additional costDesired Settlement: want him to come out and fix job immediately.

Review: We, my wife and I, used AAA Bathtub for repairs on our bathtub that had developed some cracks in the bottom. They repaired the cracks and the tub looked good. That was 5 months ago, not very long for a service that had a 5 year warranty. The tub has redeveloped cracks on the bottom and would like to have them repaired. Problem is we have been trying to contact AAA Bathtub without any luck. Seems they have chosen to be unresponsive.Desired Settlement: We were charged 650.00 for a service that did not work. It lasted only 5 months when they gave a 5 year warranty I expected more. A full refund is what I feel is fair for such a poor job.
