We have text message proof of when we contact the company letting them know the motor they sold us was badWe sent videos of the bad compression testWe were never given any paperwork regarding the warranty, it is just listed on our invoice that there is a year warranty on the motorThere is no signed paperwork of me acknowledging any warranty agreement with the companyI contacted them with the number on the motor so they could know it was in fact their motor they sold meIt has now been almost full months and the company has refused to make the situation right

first return the engine in order for us to identify the engine in order for him to receive a refund We cannot provide a refund without receiving our engine back.We never informed Eric that we knew the engine was bad before nr after we sold it to him, we would not knowingly sell a bad engineEric should not have disassembled the engine which voids his warranty he should have contacted us firstEric insisted on a full refund without returning the engine and was told he cannot receive a refund until he brings the engine back.Respectfully,AAA Broadway Anto Parts

We were never given any paperwork regarding the warranty, it is just listed on our invoice that there is a 1 year warranty on the motor. There is no signed paperwork of me acknowledging any warranty agreement with the company. I contacted them with the number on the motor so they could know it was in fact their motor they sold me. It has now been almost 4 full months and the company has refused to make the situation right.
