AAA Bronx Cleaners

Review: I brought in a cashmere sweater into this cleaners a week ago. When I returned to retrieve the item, it had several holes in it. I have been trying for almost a week to speak with the owner to receive some sort of compensation for my damaged sweater to no avail. The two employees that I have been in contact with at this place of business have been giving me the run around. I have left my contact information for the owner to call me so that this issue can be resolved. Neither employee has relayed this message to the owner, who apparently is the only one there capable of making some sort of resolution. I did not appreciate the kind of service that they have been giving me and I think a formal investigation into this business needs to be conducted. One of the employees I believe is [redacted]. She barely spoke any [redacted] and I had to communicate with her in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like either one of these three things to happen :1) To have the item of clothing replaced.2) To be reimbursed for the "cleaning" service.3) To have the article of clothing repaired.
