An update, as noted in previous correspondence I stated I was give the results of my seeing an Orthodontist? Attached is the bill? They are estimate 8-months with "monitored Orthodontist"? Please let 2nd & Madison know? I believe because of the nature of how I was treated at 2nd & Madison, the dentist NOT involved in the treatment process (only technicians), my concerns not being addressed "by dentist" during the treatment process or after (other than to "ask Invisalign), the lack of professionalism during process that has caused me not to want to go back to 2nd & Madison, that refund negotiations should be started? Additionally, 2nd & Madison told me months? I am now looking at a minimum of months, possible months? What is nice about the orthodontist I have chosen is that she will be INVOLVED during the 8+ months process, not just at the end, to make sure things are tracking properly and changing the prescription if needed during the process
