For example, one of the questions I posed was why one tooth didn’t respond.? As stated before when I asked for a rescan, I had to request the Dentist show me the rescan.? Her response when she came is was that she normally didn’t review rescan’s with patients and that she was very busy with other patients.? When I started asking questions about will this fix this issue, etc, her response was evasive and said only Invisalign knows As far as the “refinement process”, as a PAID consumer I have the right to ask questions and pursue treatment with someone that I have faith and trust in.? The scan after initial completion was requested by me.? I did question why I had to go through another full set when I was initially told it would be months.? Dentist response:? “ask Invisalign”.? The Dentist never even checked my mouth after the initial treatment for bite issues, alignment, etc.? This is totally unprofessional.? A patient pays for a service, not a portion of it.? As indicated in bold above, if the dentist was involved in the entire treatment process she would have been able to see that tracking was not happening and order new trays As far as attorney’s comment about giving me the website.? Yes, I did look, YES I did call people as he requested, and YES I called attorney back and left him a voice mail THE SAME DAY!? I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ATTORNEY and that is why I contacted Revdex.com.? I told him that all Invisalign providers I contacted said that I would have to pay for their treatment services, even though Invisalign was providing trays.? As far as attorney referring to my redibility, “that I never met the dentist”.? Of course I met the dentist.? At time of signing up for Invisalign and after treatment.? That is a ridiculous statement.? AND I did call him back and leave a voice mail? I am sure he will now say he never received the voice mail.? I am not a dishonest person and to say that is beyond comprehension I am having a follow up meeting with an Orthodontist that I have selected who does Invisalign and she will provide treatment plan and costs at that time.? As stated before, all 2nd & Madision told me was I had up to times with Invisalign.? Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:As far as *** and *** scores, it does not pertain to the
service I received
The Dentist did not communicate extensively regarding
the Invisalign Process. I only saw the
dentist when I signed up and only at the end of treatment when I
had to asked the technician to see the Dentist.
When I started asking the Dentist questions, she would respond at times “I
don’t know, you will have to ask Invisalign”, this is their recommendation. For example, one of the questions I posed was
why one tooth didn’t respond. As stated
before when I asked for a rescan, I had to request the Dentist show me
the rescan. Her response when she came
is was that she normally didn’t review rescan’s with patients and that she was
very busy with other patients. When I
started asking questions about will this fix this issue, etc, her response
was evasive and said only Invisalign knows
As far as the “refinement process”, as a PAID consumer I have
the right to ask questions and pursue treatment with someone that I have faith
and trust in. Because of previous
encounters and comments made by the Dentist, I do not feel confident in her
ability. If you had a doctor that you
felt you were not getting proper treatment, the patient has the right to go
elsewhere and happens all the time
I have talked to many people who have had Invisalign (and
now personally an Orthodontist). The Orthodontist
has told me that when she treats people, she checks fixed “before
Invisalign”. Never did the Dentist at 2nd
& Madison bring this up. Also, the
Orthodontist took pictures, etc, sat down with me on what she was seeing, etc. Never did I receive this type of consultation
at 2nd & Madison. At 2nd
& Madison they just scan and order trays
Also, all I was ever told by 2nd & Madison
Dentist that Invisalign gave you up to free treatments within a certain about
of time period. NEVER did 2nd
& Madison Dentist say that the treatment had to be finished with them or
potential financials cost may incur
As far as the comment “Complaintant completed one stage of
the Invisalign process, however, the Invisalign Refinement processed indicated
that more aligners were needed in in order to complete the work.” The scan after initial completion was
requested by me. I did question
why I had to go through another full set when I was initially told it would be
months. Dentist response: “ask Invisalign”. The Dentist never even checked my mouth after
the initial treatment for bite issues, alignment, etc. This is totally unprofessional. A patient pays for a service, not a
portion of it. As indicated in bold above, if the dentist was involved
in the entire treatment process she would have been able to see that tracking
was not happening and order new trays
As far as attorney’s comment about giving me the
website. Yes, I did look, YES I did call
people as he requested, and YES I called attorney back and left him a voice
mail THE SAME DAY! I NEVER HEARD
BACK FROM ATTORNEY and that is why I contacted Revdex.com. I told him that all Invisalign providers I
contacted said that I would have to pay for their treatment services, even
though Invisalign was providing trays.
As far as attorney referring to my redibility, “that I never
met the dentist”. Of course I met the
dentist. At time of signing up for
Invisalign and after treatment. That is
a ridiculous statement. AND I did call
him back and leave a voice mail I am
sure he will now say he never received the voice mail. I am not a dishonest person and to say that
is beyond comprehension
I am having a follow up meeting with an Orthodontist that I
have selected who does Invisalign and she will provide treatment plan and costs
at that time. As stated before, all 2nd
& Madision told me was I had up to times with Invisalign. Never ever did Dentist say it had to be
completed with her or that if I went elsewhere financial cost may incur
Once I receive treatment plan and costs associated I will
respond back to Revdex.com

My name is *** ***, attorney for 2nd and Madison DentalI was involved in theconversation with Complainant and spoke to him directly.Complainant was never made a lifetime refund warrantyDr*** ***, owner of 2ndand Madison Dental, has serviced clients needing mouth guards
for decades and has never madea lifetime refund warranty.Dr*** and her business highly value customer service as is demonstrated by thecompanies high scores on yelp ( 4.5) and google business ( 4.2)When Complainant called in, 2ndand Madison discussed the option of replacing the retainer as an unnecessary, but customerservice oriented solutionHowever, Complainant demanded the amount he originally paid andprotested a replacement because he was no longer living in the area.Complainant originally spoke to a female staff member at 2nd and Madison Dental andComplainant was rude to the point that Dr*** called me and asked me to communicatewith the Complainant because she didn't want her staff to have to be subject to such treatmenta gam.I immediately called ComplainantThrough my conversation with Complainant, I learned themouth guard was supplied to Complainant on July 5, Moreover, according to Complainanthimself, the mouth guard did not break during regular use but instead broke when he waswashing it in his kitchen sinkAt the end of our conversation I articulated to Complainant that Iwould look into the situation and call him back.I later called Complainant back and informed him that the business does not issue guarantees onmouth guards and never hasMoreover, I asked him if he had any paperwork or emails tosuggest otherwiseWhen he said, "no" I told him that 2nd and Madison Dental would not beissuing a $refund and Complainant hung up immediately before the situation could bediscussed any further. Please direct all communication through my officeI am more than happy to discuss this matterand any additional questions you may have.Sincerely,*** ***

An update, as noted in previous correspondence I stated I was give the results of my seeing an Orthodontist Attached is the bill They are estimate 8-months with "monitored Orthodontist" Please let 2nd & Madison know I believe because of the nature of how I was treated at 2nd & Madison, the dentist NOT involved in the treatment process (only technicians), my concerns not being addressed "by dentist" during the treatment process or after (other than to "ask Invisalign), the lack of professionalism during process that has caused me not to want to go back to 2nd & Madison, that refund negotiations should be started Additionally, 2nd & Madison told me months I am now looking at a minimum of months, possible months What is nice about the orthodontist I have chosen is that she will be INVOLVED during the 8+ months process, not just at the end, to make sure things are tracking properly and changing the prescription if needed during the process

My name is *** ***, attorney for 2nd and Madison DentalI spoke with Complainant atone point during her conversations with 2nd and Madison Dental in regard to her complaint.Dr*** and her business highly value customer service as is demonstrated by thecompanies high scores on
*** (4.5) and *** business (4.2)The dentist communicatedextensively with complainant to try and help her understand the Invisalign process and alwayscommunicated to her that she was welcome to finish the process without extra expense. However, complainant refused to finish the program and did not follow up with the dentist ormyself after our phone call.Complainant's issue arises out of services she received via an Invisalign programDuring theprogram, the patient purchases the Invisalign Package, then the patient goes through therefinement process, receiving Invisalign "clear aligners" (the clear plastic mouth pieces thatslowly re-adjust a patient's bite) until the intended teeth straightening is achievedOnce apatient has purchased the Invisalign Package, the patient is able to work with any affiliatedInvisalign provider in-order to accomplish the intended resultsComplainant completed onestage of the Invisalign process, however, the Invisalign Refinement process indicated that morealigners were needed in-order to complete the workThe doctor and her staff explained this tocomplainant and, as always, were happy and willing to work with complainant on completingthis next stageComplainant, however, was upset with the amount of aligners the work wouldtakeThis is how the Invisalign technology works and there is nothing a provider can do tochange thatThe doctor explained that there was no additional cost to the work.I spoke to complainant at this timeI again informed her that the dentist, as always, was willingto complete the work with no additional costMoreover, in the event complainant wanted tofinish the work elsewhere, I informed complainant ofthe Invisalign website where she couldenter her zip code and see a list of other providers in her area that would also complete the workat no cost (this is one of the benefits of the Invisalign system)I provided the URL tocomplainant( https:/ /www.invisalign.com/***
*** *** *** *** )Complainant promised me shewould look into that and would call me back ifthere was an issueI never received a call backfrom Complainant. It is hard to interpret complainant's response as credibleShe complains of asking for are-scan,yet in her response admits that she received are-scanShe never met the dentist, and then goeson to argue that the dentist was rude on all the occasions she met with the dentist (it is worthnoting that complainant admitted to me on the phone that she met with the dentist)Moreover, her claims that she called other people who said they would charge her is either dishonest orshe did not use the link I provided herThe dentist, her staff, and myself have spent many hoursattempting to help complainant and were surprised to hear of this complaint
