After reviewing the copy of check #*** in the amount of $**, submitted by the consumer, the consumer's account was credited for the payment. The cleaning deposit in the amount of $** has been processed and mailed to the consumer. Upon investigation, we found that the original check had "Feb payment #** written in the memo section of the check. The payment was applied to the account # written on the check. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and we have taken the above action to resolve this matter.Thank You,AAA Budget Self Storage

Thank you for the opportunity to respond and work toward a resolution to Case # [redacted].  We have reviewed the account for Ms. [redacted] and the information we have on file is as follows:[redacted] signed a contract for rental of storage unit #** on January 3, 2017.The...

rental price for Ms. [redacted] was $** per month.  A $** cleaning deposit is collected at signing of the agreement which is refunded if the unit is left cleaned & swept and there is no balance due on the account when customer is finished with the unit.A $** late fee is charged if the payment is not received by the 5th of the month.These areas were circled on the contract and discussed with Ms. [redacted] on the day she rented the unit.Ms. [redacted] PAID $** CK #[redacted] - DATED:  JAN 3, 2017$** - JANUARY-2017 RENT$** - CLEANING DEPOSITFEBRUARY 1, 2017 - RENTAL CHARGE - $**FEBRUARY-2017 - NO PAYMENT RECEIVEDFEBRUARY 10, 2017 - LATE FEE CHARGED - $**MARCH 1, 2017 - RENTAL CHARGE - $**MARCH 5, 2017 - LATE FEE CHARGED - $**MARCH 10, 2017 - PAYMENT RECEIVED - CHECK # 2547 - $**Our records indicate no payment was received in February which caused the account to incur late charges and has not allowed for a refund of the cleaning deposit because there is an outstanding balance on the account.  A detailed statement was mailed to the customer on March 22, 2017.Ms. [redacted]'s account was credited for the 2 payments we received.  The check numbers and the amount of the payments are listed above.  If we have made an error and another payment was made, we will gladly correct the account and process any refunds accordingly.  We would need the front and back of the check showing that our company deposited the check into our account.Again, thank you for the opportunity to respond and we hope this resolves the case # [redacted].Sincerely  -- AAA Budget Self Storage
