HELLO THERE THIS IS [redacted] FROM AAA CAR SALES AND WE GOT YOUR LETTER REGARDING ***TOPHER MILLER,ID OF [redacted] WE SOLD ***TOPHER [redacted] DODGE CHARGER VIN# 2B3KA43R07H760962, ON 7/23/2015, AND THIS IS AFTER WE WENT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND AFTER HE REALLY LIKED THE CAR AND HE DROVE TO GET TO OUR OFFICE..THE CAR WAS FINE AND DRIVING PERFECTLY WHEN HE TEST DROVE IT, AND I THINK HE DROVE IT AT LEAST MILES TO GET TO HIS HOUSE AND IT WAS FINE.THEN WE GAVE HIM MONTHS WARRNTY THROUGH AUL WARRNTY CORP TO GO WITH HIS CAR.IWE SOLD THE CAR AS IS FROM OUR SIDE AND WE ALWAYS GIVE OUR CUSTOMER HOURS TO BRING THE CAR BACK IF THEY HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH IT .HIS DMV PAPERWORK IS ALL DONE , HE ALREADY GOT HIS REGISTRATION, AND I THINK HE SHOULD HAVE HIS TITLE BY NOWTHE WARRNTY THAT WE GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS WE DONT CHARGE THEM FOR IT, AND WE GIVE IT TO THEM AS A GIFT WE GIVE FOR OUR TO BRING THE CAR BACK IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG3.ALL OUR CARS ARE SOLD AS IS NO WARRNTY FROM OURSIDE (AAA CAR SALE) PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUETIONS

AND THE PHONE CALLS THAT WE HAD IT WAS REGARDING THE DMV AND THE PAPERWORK,AND I WAS SUPER NICE TO HIM . WE HAVE 5 PEOPLE WORKING WITH ME IN THE SAME OFFICE WHO GOT ACCESS TO THE PHONE TOO , SO I DONT SEE HOW NO ONE IS PICKING UP HIS CALLS,AND IF I WAS REALLY IGNORING HIMHE CAN ASK TO SPEAK TO MY MANGER OR ONE OF THE COWORKER.AND ..AS I MENTIONED I DID WHAT I HAVE TO TO DO WITH MY CUSTOMER AS A SALES MEN TO FILL ALL HIS NEEDS, HE CHECKED THE CAR, TESTED THE CAR, AND HE LIKED IT.WHEN HE LEFT THE LOT THE CAR WAS TOTALY FINE,AND THATS WHY HE LIKE AND BOUGHT IT..AND I STILL GOT HIM A WARRNTY FROM AUL AND I GOT HIM A DISCOUNT ON THE CAR ... PLEASE GUYS LET ME KNOW IF NEED ANY MORE INFO OR DOCUMENTS

I did drive down there to the location to pick up the carWhen I arrived *** allowed a test driveI was only able to get it to miles an hourI stated to *** with my wife and daughter in the car if it was for the car to make a rubbing noise and that the alignment was of* stated it was okay do to the tires being 22" and that the alignment they do wont work*** statex I would need to take care of itI knew I should've walked away then*** and I process the paperworkI gave him a cashiers check of for the carm *** stated the warranty was free for us and that if there is anythin wrong with the car, I would need to file it on monday the following weekThis was something I've never heard of beforeI took the car mile back home and heard more rubbing and no powerI took the car the next day to the dodge dealershipAnd found multiple problems with the carI called the warranty and they would not cover the problem since I only amhad the car for hours***s statment is a lieI have the phone calls and the date of every conversationAfter a while *** stopped answering my messagesOne thing I forgot to mentionThe first problem I had after the purchase of the carWhich is the day after I made the purchase*** got mad and stated why did you call the warranty company so soonCan you take the car home and take it back days from nowLet the warranty pay for itThis sounds unprofessional and bad business more of being a fraudI believe this company needs to be investigated moreIf you need anymore proff other than the repairs like the phone log and places I took the car let me knowAll I want is either the repairs to be completed at a shop near me or my money back on the car plus repairsThanks
