On 8/**/2013 AAA Chimney Inc. came to my house to clean the wood burning stove and do an inspection. When we finally went to use the wood burning stove one of the gaskets were not good, it needed to be changed. I am not sure how the inspector missed this but it was missed.

While the inspector was here his wife **/ secretary kept calling wondering why he was still here and what was he doing, he was not answering his phone to her when she was calling because he was working. I understand [redacted] also runs his business. I was more then patient about her many questions on why her husband was still there and if we had cell phone service etc. This is most likely why he missed the gasket being broken in the first place.

Now I need my stove to be fixed and the first appointment I had canceled in advance because of unforeseen circumstances.

The second appointment was to be on 1/**/2014 , when the inspector called he said he was running late, I said ok no problem call me in an hour then. Not knowing what he was talking about. He should of said Ok I can come now? but he never did. He never called and never showed. I am here sitting here thinking he is coming and he never even called or showed.

When I explained this to his wife, she agreed and felt bad, however I am now sitting here in the freezing cold downstairs because we don't have heat. I begged her to have him come sooner but she said no, we had to wait over a week.

[redacted] was rude and basically said if you don't want to wait go some where else they are to busy.

I am now going to report this company to the Revdex.com. I personally think that was rude and not taking your customers into consideration.

Thank youDesired Settlement: Since he missed the gasket in the first place after giving me a complete report and inspection and missed this gasket I want my $243.29 refunded to me because now I have to go with another company and pay another 200.00 for his mistake! All he had to do was come over and help us he knows I have 2 babies in the house. I put up with his mistake the first time and was not going to demand a free service and I was still going to pay, but now they are leaving us in the cold for weeks I want a refund.
