I was a loyal customer for years with only a couple claims and Cincinnati Insurance rewards my loyalty by giving me days notice that they have dropped my insurance Would you believe the reason they dropped me was that I had too many sheep (15-20) in my flock? Unbelievably, I’ve had that number of Sheep for nine yearsShame on you Cincinnati Insurance

Cincinnati Insurance will look for a loophole NOT to pay your claim so BEWARE!!!!!! My son's car was in the shop and he drove another car that we had that was not on the policy because it was not being driven (we were waiting on the other son to get licensed to give it to him, then insure it), so son #had to drive it to his graduation and had an accident on the way Even though the son was covered by his policy, they STILL will not pay the claim So WHY am I paying them

Cincinnati Insurance refused to pay for a legitimate claimMy property was damaged when a neighbors tree fell on a power pole, snapped the pole which caused the power and cable lines to do damage to my roof, facia boards, and gutters to my propertyThey told me to file a claim against my neighbors insurance company which I did" The insurance company turned out to be no other than Cincinnatt Insurance! When they found out that both my neighbors property and mine was their responsibility they backtrackedNo saying that I had to file the claim on my policyI have a $deductible on my policy which will exclude most of the claim! My neighbors deductible is much lowerSo here it is, not any fault of mine yet this crooked little adjuster tells me it is an "Act of God" and that they will not payJust suck it up!

one of Cincinnati insurance company policy holders rear ended my car causing extensive damageI was stopped at a red light when I got rear endedI called the company to file a claimI was given the run around for three days: long waits on the phone, messages never returned, and when returned I was called named and treated very rudely by the claims supervisorThey tried everything not to pay the claim, they actually told me it was probably my fault (getting rear ended while stopped at a red light)Please stay away from this company

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! I was hit by one of their customers years ago and we are still trying to get a medical settlementClaims agents are incompetent at best and will stall for months before sending my attorney and email saying they need more info

I got a flat tire at 2:pm 11\on northI called AAA and stated I on shoulder north, between kings mills exit and state route That the tire store was less than miles awayI said I had no spareIt was 2:when I calledI received a text CONFIRMING MY REQUEST WAS RECEIVED at 2:At 3:I received a text my "TRUCK WAS DISPATCHED" At 3:another text stated my truck ETA WAS 3:54....AT 7:PM.....NO TOW TRUCK...AAA LEFT ME STRANDED, A WOMAN BY MYSELF WITHOUT HELP FROM 2:TILL 6:1\HOURS HOPING I WOULDN'T BE PLOWED INTO BY A CAR OR TRUCK....AAA LIED WHEN I CALLED AT 2:07, 3:12, 3:58, 4:08, 4:So my uncle had to call and he was on hold and transferred and given the run around for minutes when finally a police officer stopped...said "lady they (AAA) are not coming!" The cop said this was unacceptable to leave a woman strandedBut to make things better......a "driver from AAA called at 4:and said, " we can't find you" are you kidding me, I am the only one broke down,its sunny out then he said they were behind from accidents and hung up on me...I called back and was told "you are a priority, we are soooooo sorryIt is not safe for you stranded on the highwayWe will get to you right away." This was 4:13....the sheriff told me at 7:00ish, " it's pitch dark, we have to get you off the high and home." In minutes the tow company cameThen at 6:a guy named "Alex" called and said, " we are so sorry...I told him my cell was dying and he PROMISED ON TAPE...YES CALLS ARE TAPED TO CALL ME 11\2...AND HE SAID THE DISPATCH WAS DOWNDIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME?????ARE YOU KIDDING, I SAID IF THEY HAD I WOULD HAVE TOWED IT MYSELF TO TIRE DISCOUNTERS AT 2:NOT SAT ON THE HIGHWAY FOR OVER HOURSHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!!! AND HORRIBLE TO LEAVE ANY WOMAN HOURS AND LIE TO HER OVER AND OVER AND OVER
