Not helpful at all to call and talk to about a collection debt. Very rude and poor attitude towards customers and horrible customer service. I spoke with a women who had very negative attitude and was not helpful at all. She actually said I should use my common sense regarding a bill I should of never been charged in the first place. Very negative experience and professional at all. I felt very degraded explaining my situation.
