The pre-approval is based on the information we received on the original application If information is verified to be different than the application it will affect the final approval On the application we received that the customer does not have any Military affiliation Unfortunately, it was determined that the customer is part of the army reserves The Federal Government prevents us from offering our loan products to customers with Military affiliation

We spoke to Ms [redacted] on 1/3/ She understood that her due date was on 12/29/17, which was the day the payment was pulled The confusion was, her due dates land on Monday's, but Monday was a Holiday so the due date per the original signed contract was set on 12/29/ To accommodate the situation we came to a mutually beneficial agreement Ms [redacted] is happy with the result

Ms [redacted] took out a loan for $on 12/02/ The legal binding agreement signed is for a year installment loan with monthly minimum payments The total paid if the loan was held out for an entire year would be $1, However, this loan can be paid off at anytime and only interest due will be charged This is explained thoroughly at the inception of every loan and on the agreementIf Ms [redacted] wishes to pay the loan off and save on interest, please have her call the store for the current payoff amount

This is [redacted] 's second loan with our company All loan products have a contract length of one year This information is included in the Federal Truth in Lending Box, and the Amortization Schedule Both documents were reviewed and signed by [redacted] The current loan was taken on May 24, 2016, and the Maturity date is May 19th, A copy of the loan paperwork is given at the time of the loan at the store location, and an additional copy can be picked up at the store location during our business hours

[redacted] applied for a loan on 10/13/ It was approved on 10/13/and her funds were to be deposited on 10/14/ Unfortunately, the bank account supplied to us on her application was incorrect, thus the funds never got to her account Since 10/14/was a Friday the funds would not be returned back to us until Monday 10/17/ We received the funds back on 10/17/and voided her loan We spoke to [redacted] and she was still interested in receiving the funds, so the new agreement was setup with the updated banking information and released on 10/17/ [redacted] received her money on 10/18/and is happy with the service.If you have any questions let me know.Thanks,***

so she could take further credit if desired
On 3/2/16, Ms*** inquired about paying off and getting additional fundsHer pay off was $and her credit limit was $As a result of the credit limit being below the pay off she decided she did not want to proceedCurrently, she has made no payments and is past duePlease have her contact us so we can clear this up

We spoke to Ms*** on 12/after this complaint was submitted. She had never contacted Corporate about the issue prior to us calling her. We reviewed her contract with her and her due date was in fact today, 12/29, according to her original signed contract. That is why the
payment was processed. The confusion came in, because normally she makes payments on Mondays, however, this coming Monday is a banking holiday so the due date was Friday per the agreement. We are able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement to accommodate the situation

This complaint is in regards to H.E.R.R LTD DBA AAA Community Finance I This company has closed and is no longer in business The records show the last payment he made was on 5/13/and his account has been closed since 6/25/ No contact has been attempted since that date
*** submitted a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General in 2016, and H.E.R.R agreed to refund $5, This money was sent to the Illinois Attorney General I suggest he contacts the Illinois Attorney General if he has not received these funds from them

On 1/26/Melody *** applied for a cash advance through us She used an address in Chicago, Illinois We called her cell phone times She then called into us telling us not to call her again We have not called her since.We are licensed to do business in Illinois and
have no way knowing she is from a different state as the way the application was filled out it says Chicago, Illinois No further contact will be made to Melody

and she was given a chance to ask any questionsShe made her first payments on time for $She missed her 7th payment and is currently past dueThese payments are in line with the original legal binding contract that she signed on November 16th, If she would like to review the contract again we can send her another copy

Mr*** was approved for a $cash advance on which he signed a wage assignment. He has not made a payment since March 3rd, 2016. We have been reaching out to him to come up with a mutually beneficial agreement since April 12th. We spoke with him on April 27th and he
