This letter is regarding the complaint from [redacted].  The homeowner Pam contacted our company...

regarding the damage that occurred to her property and I immediately opened a claim with my insurance company.  The representative from the insurance company made many attempts to contact the homeowner to resolve the claim and there was no response.  My insurance company then mailed a letter to them on June 8, 2015 stating that they never responded to the attempts.  The homeowner decided put the claim through their homeowner’s policy.  She then called our office over 6 months later and asked us to pay her insurance deductable.  I then contacted my insurance company again and they mailed her another letter stating that the homeowner decided to self insure.  I am not sure what I should have done differently.  This is why we have insurance.  We attempted to take care of the claim through our insurance company and the homeowner decided on their own to use theirs.  I am a fair person.  Please let me know what the Revdex.com would like to do.

I live in [redacted]. My a/c was not cooling. Around 7am, I called two local a/c repair companies: #1, no answer; #2, left message, but no return call. After doing some research, AAA Cooling Specialists was at the top of my list. I immediately reached a person, within 10 minutes the technician called me, and within 45 minutes he arrived at my home. Mike, who was very nice, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, and within 1/2 hour, I once again had a/c! Mike was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, capable. Mike also had an optional service program available, which was a bonus! AAA Cooling Specialists is great customer service, excellent mechanical service, and very reasonable prices!

As a former employee, I was encouraged to have my customers purchase replacement air-conditioning and related equipment along with unnecessary service contracts. Told the business owner that I do not put my name to that practice.
