Review: I,[redacted] MADE AN AGREEMENT WITH [redacted] WITHOUT ANY PRIOR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF COSTRUCTION HOUSE, HE MADE A CONTRACT WITH NO INFORMATION ME About survey asbestos report,which he made as afolse and requesting 10% of$75,000.00 on the spot on 06/** 2013 The contract indicated that it can be cancelled within 72 hours, I made on attempt to call the contractor w/in that time but he he was not present. a day later on day 4 of the contract I received a phone call from [redacted] sayin he on vacation in ISRAEL which that money was spent on.a month later when he came back [redacted] said after approval from DOB work will completed in 2 month, A that time I could not get in touch with anyone in his offrice but his son who is a president of AAA [redacted]. who said he had no idea of what to do the same time [redacted] said drawing is comlete but nothing was done until NOW the document were not finalized and still not with DOB.THEN he requested another $7,000 AGAIN WHICH HE SAID HE NEEDS FOR MATERIAL AND DISSAPEARD AGAIN HE WENT TO FLORIDA NEXT VACATION . WHEN HE CAME FROM FLORIDA NO DRAWING WEREWITH THE Job HE EXPLAINED THAT ARCHITECTOR MADE AN ERROR IN THE DRAWING THAT THERE IS HOLD UP WHICH WAS A LIE, THEN HE SAID THERE PROBLEM WITH THE PLAN ,ANE WHETHER NO GOOD RAIN CAMING IN THE FORECAST WITH ATTEMT TO CANCEL THE COTRACT ,eventhough in contract clear says the job will be done to 2-3 months from the date approval of the entire job by DOB WHICH UNTIL TODAY DAY THE BLUE PRINT WITH DOB NOT DONE YET. ALL THAT TIME NOTHING WAS DONE,AND EVERYTHING WHAT HE SAID WAS LIE,AUGUST [redacted] SHOWED CANCELLETION CONTRACT WHERE HE CHARGING $750.00FOR ELECTRIC PERMIT AND$1,000 FOR DOB I SAID NO. WHY I HAVE TO PAY IF NOTHING IS DONE YET ,SEPTEMBER ** WITH THE HELP OF POLICE I TOOK ONLY $4,000 FROM HIM,I WANTED A COMLETE REFUND $10,500.00 Desired Settlement: I REQUEST A COMPLETE REFUND FOR THE JOB WHICH WAS PAID FOR THE JOB THAT WAS NEVER DONE.
