Dear [redacted],   This letter is in respond to Complaint ID#[redacted]. [redacted] is requesting a refund for services provided to his residence on 11/**/2014. He claims that we did not do what he paid us for. This is a false...

accusation. We provided a maintenance service to his septic tank and serviced his overflow cesspool. He was there the entire time was he saw exactley what was being done. He had no problems or complaints. He was happy with the service provided. Now almost a year later he has a complaint. He states that 6 months ago he had an issue and another company had to come and service him. I have a few problems with claim. 1st why would he not have contacted us? Given us the opportunity if there was such a problem to discuss what the issue may be. The island has been hit with flooding rains numerous times ,is there a water table ,is it possible it was a clogged line? Im not stating that is what happened I'm simply saying if he was having an issue could their be an underlying cause and why not contact us? [redacted] now decided he wants a refund 11months later considering  we don't know what the conditions were if there was an issue was the cesspool full was there a clog? This time frame and his lack of communication with us when he claims he had the problem is a very big window. I am sorry he is not happy however given the facts we are unable to refund him his money. He should have contacted us immediately when the issue arose and given us the opportunity to address it. He should not have waited a year, he waited months after the other company was there. In response to the complaint by [redacted]. We were called approximately 3 days after the initial service by the customer stating he didn't have hot water.  His wife was extremely angry with this and wanted immediate action. He made that clear from the beginning. After going back and forth...

explaining nothing we did would have an effect on his hot water. He stated he called a plumber. He then again called back over the next few days every conversation  the price of this plumber has seemed to have changed. I was never offered a receipt never offered to speak with a plumber. I know nothing we did would effect hot water. Moving on, we had a conversation he basically said [redacted]. I being nice, thinking this is a new customer will give this guy something. I agree to $75.00 not because of ANY RESPONSIBILITY on our behalf at all, because this is just ridiculous. Again, I also think the plumbing bill is so many different amounts at this point. I explain we will get him a check that it will be handled different since its not a normal refund. I did ask for a copy of the pluming reciept which was never received. The last conversation we had was obviously a ploy for him to slander us. He is taking our conversation completely out of context  His exact words were  and I quote "[redacted]"  When I asked why he said" [redacted]". I said I don't need to spend anymore time on this either . So he chooses to misconstrue something ? Then tell me why would he tell us to not send him a check. Then we get this complaint? Irony is WE didn't even do anything to warrant having to make the payment. He feels we were rude mean while this entire complaint is false. There was no violent banging. There was no denial in sending him a check. So this was just to what? give us a complaint on out record? This is completely slanderous.

Review: Their Driver Jeff came to my house on 11/*/2014. Per their repair bill, they pumped my Cesspool & Over flow tank. They charged me $225.00 to pump my cesspool & another $330.00 for the overflow tank.

Fast forward 6 months in May 2015, we had a Complete backup. Cesspool needed to be pumped, it was FILLED TO THE TOP. There are only 2 people living in my house, myself & my wife. I highly doubt we filled up our cesspool in those 6 months. Leads me to believe they never pumped one ounce of waste from the cesspool.

I then contacted another service provider & they actually pumped both my cesspool & my overflow.Desired Settlement: I feel I should be refunded what I paid to AAA Dependable Cesspool Sewer & Drain. I contacted another service provider who actually pumped both my cesspool & overflow tank. Their total bill was $449.00+ tax.

Review: aaa dependable claims to have pumped out main and over flow, jetting etc etc and work was not done.... both main and over flow...still full and now collapsed .... paid in full and then had to pay another company to do the work all over again and pay more money out....had they done the work in the first place, I would not be out double the money and some.....I have paper work to back up my claimsDesired Settlement: I want a full refund at this time....I tried to contact them and all they did was hang up on me and now not picking up my call ....great way to run a business..... sadly I hear that cesspool people have to work together in a small group and all know each other and don't want to point fingers in fear of jobs in the future.....great !!!! so the customer is the one to be out of time and money.....I am a widow with two children and I do not take light to this matter..... I work hard ! REFUND !

This is in response to the claim by [redacted]. Customer stated that we did not provide the services that she paid for on 6/**/2014 . She is requesting a refund. At this time we are not in agreement with her request for a refund and I will explain this in detail as to why. Upon arrival to her home I was greeted by her boyfriend she was at work and was on the phone that is how we communicated. I was informed a plumber was at the home the day before claiming the line was clogged and cesspool full. The first problem I notice that they have a hot tub sitting on top of a very old block cesspool this I explain is worst thing to do. I locate the overflow that is under brick pavers in walkway. Every service I do Is done while being explained to customer on phone and with her boyfriends approval while being done entire time. I service the main old block pool and overflow then clear blockages from the line again while boyfriend is there and customer is on phone every detail is approved by both of them. . I determine the line is bad its old and is made of tarpaper. I explain in detail the main pool and line need to be replaced and sooner the better. The boyfriend states that he has family that are contractors and do excavating he will look into it. Everything was working I was very clear stating that with the line being bad and the main pool being old and block will not work the main pool will fill because the drainage is so poor they should really look into replacing asap again boyfriend and customer both agreed and said they understood. For 2 months everything was fine they had no issues . Then we receive a call customer is very upset and angry her cesspool collapsed. Ok I start to explain we can fill in the old pool replace the bad line and give her a quote. She cut me off stating she wasn't paying we didn't do what we said we did and she didn't want to pay for replacement or any other work. I told her I understand she is upset and I was extremely sympathetic however again said we serviced your pools and line with your approval and your boyfriend was there the entire time approving everything and you had no issues until now when cesspool collapsed which I told her was going to happen eventually it was in such poor shape. She hung up. She proceeded to call and became very hostile I explained numerous times we did the work and are not responsible for the collapse. However she still arguing each time she calls stating a different thing about not having money being a single parent I told her I was sorry however I was not going to engage her anymore if she was going to be argumentative. I offered to work with her and she just said no. We will not be issuing her a refund the work was for services rendered that we did with approval. Thank you.

please note that this is all a lie.... not true what so ever..... 2 months... maybe they should look @ the dates on the pieces of paper....never did they mention work to me... as he stated I was not @ home at the time and the person @ the house was a friend of the family that I asked to drive by...... and old block... those pavers are only 5 years old.... not what he is saying to be soooooo old.... I want a refund or I will take this matter further... when I called all they did was hang up on me and never tried to speak with me.....all the dates do not match to what he is saying.... and any one can feel free to look at the property to see that it is kept prestine .... not old and not taken cared of.... so have them call me our I will continue to take this matter to court ..never did he take the time to try and speak with me...hung up and I have phone records to prove that I tried to call several times .... then my phone calls were not answered and or returned... tell hin to explain why another company had to come back and empty cesspools out again , if the work was done....whos the liar.....the second time I was there and saw for myself.... I would like an answer.

In response to [redacted] that we are "liars". Let me explain that the "pristine" condition of her home and property is irrelavent to the condition of her cesspool system. Her system was old and in poor shape she had an old block pool all companies stopped using block and switched to precast in 1972. Therefore her cesspool was old her line was made of tar paper they no longer use this either now its PVC. This alone shows the condition of the system. We stated on the on the invoice that the line needed to be replaced so her stating she was not told this is not true. She had a friend there who stated he was her boyfriend again irrelevant she trusted them enough to over see the job as we did it and they both had no issues with the job until the collapse. They where told that old block pool needed to be replaced we discussed that his family had excavating company he would look into that. Again she was part of this conversation for her to now state this never transpired is false and she is not being truthful. We state on the bottom of our invoices that block cesspools run risk of collapse . They where informed of the danger of a block cesspool. I don't want to sound repetitive however we did the job as we were watched and she did not have any issue until the collapse in which she wanted us to replace her and line and cesspool for nothing, she was quoted a very fair price for replacing line and filling in old block pool. She is hostile when she calls we have spoken to her and it goes nowhere she is not nice therefore we do tell her if she wants to be rude that is fine we will not take her calls. We are not issuing a refund we serviced cleared her lines pumped located and dug up her cesspools. Job was completed and they where fine and satisfied. Thank You

The first thing I would like to say is that the problem I have is not with the clugged line that they mention, the problem is that both cesspools that they claim they emptied never was done....thats what I paid for and it was not done..... as far as me knowing that I have an old pool... how would I know that.... I do not claim to be an expert...... but I do know now that I have two of them .... one was block and the other cylinder......lessons I have learned since all this has happened ... the issue I have is that both BOTH BOTH!!! cesspools that aaa claim to have emptied both where full and had to be done by another company.... whats the answer to that question ????? did I mention that I had to pay them 1000.00 dollars to empty them !!! only to have to pay another company to do it again for more money !!! the company aaa never wanted to speak to me on the phone to work this out ...not professional at all . the company needs to make good on this on way or the other...... so if he wants me to take this matter further I will ... I am a widow that is not going to be taken advantage of...please advise me on information about taking this to court please Revdex.com ...never had to do this but I will for this......my # is [redacted] ... I have lots of paper work to back me up on this matter.
