RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11482663, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below: The company charged me 208 dollars for a 20 dollar 20 minute fix.....if that was the end I would be unhappy but feel upset....but when the tech came back...he checked it said it was working but he wouldn't turn the gas line on....so still no working dryer....had to call the gas company to check if it was safe....the tech had said it was dangerous and a new line would cost 300 dollars....seriously....I just want a working drying....he left said he couldn't do anything no charge....came back to the door five minutes later I am sorry the company says I have to charge you 49.50....I was so upset I didn't want to pay him but he said he is new and that is what the company wants....I wrote right on the check thank you for nothingRegards, [redacted]

Mrand Mrs*** have never used us before; and it is our goal that all of our customer's are completely satisfied and will recommend us to their family and friends. I have called the customer twice and left messages to see how I could help them and haven't heard back from them.
