- overpriced..will lie and say they are in network...they you have to pay out of pocket...insoles cost $1,000, which is obviously the dumbest thing you can ever have or do

Please find attached pictures of the shoes in question as per your requestAs you can see after only have been worn a few days the shoes and orthotics inside are in perfectly good conditionPlease note that the dark spots on the tips of both shoes in picture one are imperfections (dimples) in the leather and the flash made them look darker than the rest of the shoe
