Review: I paid him 500. and he said he would have to order the part,he came the next day while I was at work and took apart the a/c in my camper and never changed anything or put the part in. I called for the part and to see why he didn't install it and he said he couldn't talk at moment and would call me back in a hour and he never did. I work too hard to give away 500. and no work be done and I talked to 2 other places and they said that wasn't even issue and if it were it still wouldn't cost that much and he took advantage of you.Desired Settlement: I want my money back so I can pay someone honest to fix it the right way

Review: [redacted] of AAA Emergency Services was contacted at ###-###-#### by my husband [redacted] on 1/26/2014 to repair our heater. Mr [redacted] requested total payment upfront for services, which we denied. We did provide him with a check on 1/27/2014 for $200 for what he stated was the cost of parts. He reported that he would be back the next day to repair the heater as soon as the parts were delivered. He called on 1/28/2014 to tell my husband that he would be in on the next day or one day after to repair the heater. He spoke to my husband again on 1/30/2014 to say he would be in around 4 pm. We started calling the ###-###-#### at approx 5 pm on 1/30, all calls went straight to voice mail. We then found the original page the search engine brought up for the business indicating an address of [redacted], just down the street from our own home. We went there looking for him and we were told by the occupant that he is the landlord of the house and did not reside there. We made more calls to the same number, all going to voice mail. We tried the numbers listed on the invoice provided at the time of the deposit for parts ###-###-####, ###-###-#### both of which are no longer in service and the third number ###-###-#### rings and then goes blank on the line. We left numerous messages for Mr [redacted], none of which were answered. WE have a hand written receipt, originally the last page of a triplicate document, which does not bear his name anywhere. The last number we got to his voice mail was ###-###-#### which worked until a little after 5 pm. This is definately an act of fraud. Please contact us asap to help us find a way to recover our money and warn others about this fraudulent business.Thank youDesired Settlement: We would like certified funds or cash reimbursement for the $200.00 deposit

Review: On 5/16/15 serviceman [redacted] arrived to check my refrigerator which was not cooling and the freezer items were frosting while the freezer door was closed. [redacted] turned the refrigerator temperature down and disconnected the freezer/refrigerator panel. I was told that he would need to come back on Monday 5/18 to replace the part needed. Hours later when I opened the refrigerator, the freezer/refrigerator panel fell and was hanging down and a screw fell out. I called AAA and was told that [redacted] was going to come back on his own time. On 5/18 I rejected the estimate ($600.00 +) and inquired about the freezer/refrigerator panel being repaired to its original state. Again I was told that the serviceman would come back to put the freezer/refrigerator panel back properly. As of this date 5/19 and numerous calls, no action has taken place.Desired Settlement: AAA should send a serviceman to secure the freezer/refrigerator panel.

Review: I would give this company NO stars if that was an option. We called AAA on a Sunday for an emergency repair service on our refrigerator. Originally, he said it was $85/hour weekend rate and $65/hr for weekday rate. Which we had no problem paying the weekend rate since our refrigerator had completely quit cooling and freezer was no freezing. He was there not even and hour and had diagnosed it was a relay switch that needed replacing. He quickly replaced the relay switch and told us to call if we didn't feel a difference in the morning. We called him first thing Monday morning and told him the refrigerator was still not working. He came out again Monday evening and said it wasn't the relay switch but now we needed to replace the switchboard for the compressor. He fixed the switch board and left. The next day, Tuesday, we called him AGAIN and said it is still not working. At this point we are seriously very frustrated and out a TON of money, along with all of our food in our fridge is no good. He comes out Tuesday, pokes around at it and said it wasn't the switch board maybe it just needs Freon. BUT he didnt bring the vaccum with him to pull out the old freon. So he would send someone out that night. He said the guy with the vaccum would be there at 9:00pm. At 9:15pm he tells us that he wouldnt be coming with the vaccum and would come the next morning, Wednesday. Wednesday he shows up, replaces the freeon. The fridge is STILL NOT WORKING!! We are calling him telling him we need the fridge fixed and he says he doesnt know what else to do! Are you kidding me?? I paid him $620 dollars and STILL our fridge does not work. He then told us he would give us $200 back if we gave him the fridge. He said he would come by to pick up the fridge and NO showed, go figure! We have called and text multiple days in a row and now he is completely dodging all contact with us. When you pay someone $620 dollars for a service you expect it fixed or all our money back. If he didnt feel confident in his original diagnosis, he should have refused serice on our fridge. Now we are out $620 for his useless time, work, and zero skills. All the food in our fridge had to be thrown out. This company is a JOKE! Do not waste your time dealing with them. RED FLAG this company. They need to be put out of service. All we want is our money back since they could not complete the job they agreed to do!!!!!Desired Settlement: All we want is our money back ($620) since the service he agreed to do, was not complete.
