AAA Emergency Tree Service

Joe *** came out a few weeks ago to trim my shrubs and evergreen. He did an excellent job. There was a lot of dead wood inside of the evergreen. It has been trimmed in the past by several different companies. The evergreen did not look the healthiest at this time. He suggested not only shaping the exterior of the evergreen, but also taking out all the dead wood in the interior of the tree. Once he did this, the tree already looked much better than it has in a long time. I am very pleased with his service and he will be back in the winter months (when appropriate) to trim and shape the two apple trees I have. Would definitely recommend him.

Joe did an amazing job! Truly outstanding and I would recommend him for tree service. We had three trees needing help. Joe and Dean did an excellent job and all their hard work is very much appreciated.

Fast Service. Came out the same day when no one else would return my call. Tree branches were pulling down the power line coming in to my house. They cleared the branches in an hour. That's all I wanted done and they did it. No need to turn off my power. Highly recommended. Thanks Joe!

Joe is very knowledgeable and was extremely quick in replying to my request for help. A little over a week ago, during the high winds, we had a tree branch crack. I immediately tried to get a tree trimmer, although, not a single message left was returned. Overnight, the tree limb fell and landed on the house requiring immediate removal. I had seen a review for AAA Emergency Tree Service on Nextdoor and put in an online request for service. Joe called me within 10 minutes and was able to get out to my house that same day. Joe not only took care of the emergency, he also took care to "clean up" and remove all limbs that he considered unsafe to avoid additional emergency services, for which I was grateful. Joe made quick work of the process and then proceeded to clean my back patio, he even pulled weeds that had come up through the cracks before blowing and hosing down my patio! Excellent service was provided by Joe and his crew! He is a true arborist who enjoys "everything about trees" and was willing to share his knowledge with us. It is his professional opinion that our tree had not previously been trimmed correctly, causing a weight imbalance, which lead to the emergency we experienced. I will be using AAA Emergency Tree Service for my non emergency tree trimming in the future. Thank you Joe!

Joe is absolutely amazing. I just called him for the second time the other day and it was great to have someone that I could call to ask about my trees and feel like I can trust his opinion. My first call was for an emergent tree, but Joe is great about non-emergent issues, also. A percentage of all jobs go to an excellent charity cause, also.

Joe *** responded to my call immediately. Our cat had been stuck 50 feet up in a pine tree for 24 hours in the rain and we could not get her down.
Joe rearranged his day so he could come to Genesse to rescue her.
He took the time to stand at the base of the tree and talk to thecat who was terrified.
It took him 15 minutes to get her down safely. It was raining and lightening while he was climbing.
Joe kept talking to the cat to keep her calm.
Joe was professional, compasionate and I would recomend him not only to rescue cats, but for tree service as well. My husband and I plan to use him in the future for the trees on our property.
