On Saturday July 1st at approx12:15am, I booked a rafting trip for Trip was scheduled for 3:30p I booked on the website after hours The location address on the website is Brookside Village Way, Gatlinburg, TN This location was about minutes from the location of the mountain rental cabin that I was staying in (Bradley Rd, Sevierville, TN) Once I paid, I was sent a confirmation email In this email- I was instructed not to go to the Gatlinburg TN address but to go to Hartford Road, Hartford, TN I did a mapquest and this was approximately an hour from my location I called the number on the website and the business was of course closed ( it was approx12:35a) but I had hoped for an answering service or something Ultimately, I called at 8am on July 1st (not even hours since booking) I spoke with April to request cancellation as my family was from Florida and not familiar with the outlying area We signed up for the rafti
