Review: I set up a pick and drop off from NY to NC. Since it was a small load it seem to be a great deal for the value of the move. Pick up was completed but the drop off was a complete nightmare. My boxes had been open, my items were broken and the suitcases were unzipped. When I spoke to the manager he was very rude and tried to explain it was my fault his worker were late 2 hours. I told him I wanted half of my money back. The policy is to pay up front, but my items were damages and the drive said he didn't care because I packed it wrong. Yet there was no issues with packing for pick up. This company is untrustworthy, unprofessional and never on time. Items I lost were things I could never get back. And knowing someone went through my things is a even bigger issue. This was the biggest mistake of my life.Desired Settlement: I would like half of the fee returned
