I am rejecting this response because:In my email to Miranda, I requested an extension when I said subject to extensionWhy wasnt I corrected saying that there is no extension beyond months and you should either to opt out for or 24?

The savings agreement that he signed clearly states the term of the savings' programThe end date is on all of his statements and on the portal.No one promised an extensionWe are not accepting any savers because of funding restraints and cannot extendPlease help me understand how I can meet with the Revdex.com to present my evidence
