The shoes on this order were cancelled due to unavailabilityWe notified the customer and offered a 10% coupon which was unacceptable to Mr***The call was then transferred to a supervisor who doubled the offer to 20% off and also offered to work with the customer on the price of a

that point, the only two options are to either wait for the manufacturer to provide us with an expected ship date or we can cancel the order which would result in a refundMr*** did not like these options eitherI have made the request today to cancel this order, which will result in a refund processed to the original method of payment on the orderThis order was paid for with $worth of Golfsmith gift cards and $in cashOnce I cancel this order Mr*** will receive a Golfsmith gift card for $which is the total of the order

I am rejecting this response because:We can't really agree to disagree When I made the purchase the missing clubs were pictured in the ad It is basic law that what you see is what you get It is very basic too that if what was written was different than what is pictured and what was written would have been reasonably assumed correct, than I would have been entitled to that In addition, it is basic law that in any agreement where the contract is confusing, the adjudicator must interpret the contract in the most favorable interpretation in favor of the person who didn't write it.It really boils down to a clear case of advertising
