now) They are listed in our system as *** *** * *** There are two other *** *** locations we service in *** *** *** Street and *** *** *** both located in Lewiston These locations are set up as *** *** Lisbon Street In an oversight, I accidentally keyed invoice *** (*** Lisbon Street Lewiston) into her account (*** *** Lewiston) instead of correct location *** *** Lisbon Street L Please let me know if you need anything else from me, I have never had to respond to a Revdex.com complaint before I wish this could have been resolved with a simple phone call in which I could have researched and fixed very quickly Do I write *** *** a letter explaining what happened and apologizing for this keying error or is that something the Revdex.com does? We have reviewed the complaint from your office regarding fees in which the customer does not feel they owe. The customer entered into a binding contract with our company to have their property listed on the Multiple Listing Service. Our listing contract outlines all additional fees that will be due...

to the listing broker in the event of an offer is received. Regardless of how the buyer was obtained, the broker is required by the state to perform certain duties and the contract lists such fees and duties. The contract was signed and dated by the customers, which indicates agreement of the terms of the contract. After we were notified of the sales agreement, the broker performed the duties in which he is required. At that point the customers sent email correspondence stating they were going to dispute any and all fees we attempt to collect, so the fees due were submitted to an outside agency for collection per the terms of the listing contract.
A copy of the listing agreement and the email correspondences are attached for your reference. Please refer to paragraph 5 and 15 and 17 of the contract.
