We have reviewed the complaint from your office regarding fees in which the customer does not feel they oweThe customer entered into a binding contract with our company to have their property listed on the Multiple Listing ServiceOur listing contract outlines all additional fees that will be due to the listing broker in the event of an offer is receivedRegardless of how the buyer was obtained, the broker is required by the state to perform certain duties and the contract lists such fees and dutiesThe contract was signed and dated by the customers, which indicates agreement of the terms of the contractAfter we were notified of the sales agreement, the broker performed the duties in which he is requiredAt that point the customers sent email correspondence stating they were going to dispute any and all fees we attempt to collect, so the fees due were submitted to an outside agency for collection per the terms of the listing contract A copy of the listing agreement and the email correspondences are attached for your referencePlease refer to paragraph and and of the contract
