I am rejecting this response because: I have updated my claim and removed all info regarding the formaldehyde as it did get proven my high levels are not from the floors. However the product is still failing and it has been proven that I was in fact sold the incorrect padding. The install instructions originally supplied states that pad is to be a max of mm and I was sold a 2mm pad. In addition to that, the warranty was also changed to be more specific to our case, so that they will not have to cover anything. It originally stated that it was valid only in Northern Cali, now I was sent another one saying it has changed. They have their buddy who supplied the material to them, write whatever they need to in an "official letter". Was there any research done to officially prove that I can use a thicker pad? Even the stores general manager has stated on many occasions to me, D*** the store owner and the installer Jay, that I was sold the wrong pad and they still want take any responsibility for my products failing. They blame it on flooding, which I have not had any flooding since before I had the floors installed. When the installer pulled up the floors after the peaking started, there was ZERO moisture or water under it and I also had a 3rd party come in and test the areas and there is indeed, no moisture. The peaking is happening everywhere. The more we walk on it, the more it moves and becomes more damaged. There is no longer a way to save any of the materials. Everything is damaged and needs to be replaced. My children keep tripping over the material and my fear is an ER visit will result from the uneven floors if it is not taken care of soon. Unfortunately, the floors cover almost my entire downstairs and my family and I have yet to spring wings so we can fly, therefore we have to walk on them.
The installer is willing to do the labor for free. D*** has given us his cost on the material to replace the floors and he had promised to contribute money to help replace the material. I went in to the store to choose a new floor after hearing all of the above and found something that was agreed upon. The next day I received an email from D*** saying if I set foot on his property again, I would be arrested for trespassing. In addition to that threat, according to D*** I will be sued for any yelp or social media reviews I may post with my story. All of the above also happened because he is unhappy I went and filed a claim with Revdex.com. No matter what I do, I turn around to threats from this company and man. I am not the first customer that has receive threats and I am sure I won't be the last. I gave him a genuine apology for putting the levels of formaldehyde in my home on the flooring he sold me. He told me he accepted my apology and that he would work with me and the installer to come to a solution. He has since backed out again from any empty promised he has made. In my opinion, AAA Flooring has a bait and switch business. In addition, If any issues arise with a customer and or product they sell, they use a scare tactic with threat after threat to make them go away. This company needs to be investigated by someone other than me. I have reached out to other customers that have posted negative reviews and they all say the same, regardless of the issue: they were threatened into silence and submission. They don't resolve issues, they make them go away with any means necessary.

I met with the customer this morningAlthough asked, she
could not provide an official test result for the existence of formaldehyde in
her floor
The manufacture official document shows that this floor as
no formaldehyde in
it
The customer told me that they will provide me with official
test resultsThat is where I am at this point
I don’t know why she is registering a complaint unless the
real issue is other then what she claims

I am rejecting this response because:
We were sold an incorrect padding to go under our vinyl planking that was also purchased at the same time. It has resulted in damaging of all the material installed. AAA Flooring blames it on installer, but in fact the pad they sold us is thicker than manufacture warranty suggests and covers, also, states in product guide for the padding itself that it is for laminate flooring. They will claim that they have an "official letter" from the distributor (not manufacture) giving an ok to use the thicker padding, however it was given after the fact to help cover up their mistake and with no actual basis of trials to back of the change.
Replacement of all products necessary and labor to do so. Unfortunately I have been threatened with a lawsuit if I come near their store, so I am looking for cash to go to another company to get the replacement done.
