After submitting a negative review, the company AAA reached out to me and proceeded in offering an accountable resolution and I would like to acknowledge their effortsI hope they continue to do the right thing for servicing the publicMoving forward, this is a positive direction
In October of 2011, I had AAA Garage Services replace the springs on my garage door The parts were documented to have a lifetime warranty wear and tear on new quality springs should last for 15k to 60k openings Even if I opened the door times a day, every day, these springs lasted through only 4K openingsThis was the first issue The second issue is that when I called to schedule a replacement, the genteleman after taking my zip code proceeded to inform me that weren't in Tampa any more Then commented that they would be again in a couple of weeks When I asked what I should do to have the parts replaced under the warranty I purchased through them, the gentleman responded with "I don't know." When I responded with "it sounds like my only option is to report them to the Revdex.com", the gentleman responded with "OK." and that was the end of the conversationTo get my issue resolved, I had to call a different company and pay for new springs while I had a lifetime warranty on the broken ones already through AAA
