On or about 6/23/20 I sought out and made an appointment with this company to address my garage door opener problem. Aaa garage sold me two remotes .
The remotes were sold to me for $200.00. From the very beginning after the technician left my home I experienced problems with the remotes opening the garage door. I experienced ocassional service to straight out malfunction(not opening) . I contacted the company again and made an appointment for a technician to return.When the technician came out he (a different one ) said that my garage door opener was old and that some type of board on the inside was not receoving the signal. Mind you now the problem has moved from the $200.00 remotes not working to my garage door opener is the problem. I was not offered any compensation for the remotes not working. The garage door opener works when opened by the wall control . I was told that because there is no warranty on remotes I am just out of $200.00 dollars.
I am seeking repair,replacement, store credit. The garage door remote to open and close the garage door consistently as represented via this company when they initially came out and sold me 2- $200.00 remote garage door controls that stopped working ocassionally and quit altogether.

Our company has gotten in contact with *** and we have made the proper arrangements to resolve the customers issue. He had several technicians go out to his property that told him different things every time causing much confusion as to what exactly needs to get repaired. We have set a date for the business owner to personally go to his property and analyze the issue and give him the most accurate and cost effective solution possible. This issue will be directly resolved with the customer.
