I am responding to the Revdex.com complaint ID# [redacted] that was brought to my attention. We have reached out to our member Ms. [redacted] to apologize for this incident that occurred in Alabama. She requested a response in writing via the Revdex.com in lieu of a phone call.
On behalf of the Auto Club Group and AAA Alabama we apologize for the inconvenience and problems Ms. [redacted] encountered with Roadside Assistance while she was traveling in Alabama. We have filed a formal complaint with the management team of the affiliate Club, AAA Alabama, to address this situation with those involved with the handling of her Roadside assistance service request. AAA members should receive the same high quality service wherever they live and travel in the United States and/or Canada.
As a gesture of goodwill for this incident that occurred outside of our jurisdiction in Alabama, we have offered our member Ms. [redacted] a one year complimentary membership till April 1, 2017.
