AAA Gutter & Downspout

The customer is complaining that I did not connect her drain pipe to my downspoutI told her she did not have the proper adapter that goes from round to rectangle to fit my downspoutI told her she could go to
home depot or Lowe's and find one for $or $5. Her gardener or any handyman could attach itIf she would show you our work agreement no where in there does it say I would hook her drain pipe to my downspout, she was not charged for it, and it was not part of the job*** ***

Consumer Stated: I am rejecting this response because: “ …We are talking about two different things! On the receipt that he gave me, it says install two down spouts which he installed it, but one of them he did not put the elbow on it. I need the elbow installed so that I could hook up the elbow to the drain, which he told me that he would put it sideways and it would be higher(because I had another drain from my central system and it would be higher), so it would not interfere with the system.  If he puts it low, it will be blocking that central system drain pipe. The strap her made too tight and too short, I need a larger strap that will go flush against the wall , because I don’t want water damage caused by this. I don't want to change anything, that is fine, but I just want him to fix what was on the contract originally.  ”

Review: I want to make a report that AAA Gutter & Downspout did not put the bottom piece of the downspout on one of my two new downspouts. When he came over before that day, he said he would make the bottom piece turn to the side so that I could hook it up to my drain in the ground. He also made the strap to the downspout to short, so it is not flush on the wall. The screws are sticking out because of that problem.Desired Settlement: To have it finish correctly.
