AAA offered us the best price. They were very responsive to my questions and scheduling requests. Their crew was very polite and did excellent work. I couldn't be happier with my new wood floors.

Great company. They installed 700 sq ft of wood flooring and did a fantastic job. The crew were extremely professional and conscientious. I would recommend them to anyone getting a hardwood floor. [redacted] knows his business and the install his men did proved it. They will be getting calls from my friends and neighbors.

The samples that were brought to our house were better than the competitor's samples. Price was reasonable, and more work was involved. Our flooring was glued down, and the baseboards were cut so the hardwood fit underneath. Crew was professional and hardworking, and flooring looks great. Couldn't be more pleased.

We were told over and over again, by multiple other installers, that we had a very complicated flooring project. It took over five years to finally find someone who said they could do it without a problem and that was AAA. The challenge? Footed built in bookcases and cabinets built on carpet. And, a Murphy bed that could not be removed. And, last but not least, a picky consumer looking for just the right hardwood. The outcome? Beautiful. I would use AAA again in a heartbeat.

It was a pleasure to work with [redacted] to design our flooring. The installers worked as a team. They were courteous, clean, and did excellent work. The job was completed ahead of schedule. We have found our flooring company. We love our wood floor.

AAA was great from start to finish. Originally we were told the project would take two days to complet for a three room laminate wood flooring install. The installers showed up at around 8:30am and got to work. First thing they did was mark where the furniture should be placed when it will need to be put back (which was a simple but added touch). Next thing they did was to move all the furniture out of the rooms to prep for carpet removal and the floor install. Fast forward to 4:30pm the same day and the floor was installed and the furniture returned to its original place. We greatly appreciated that they not only did a great job on the install and it looks great but also that they were able to exceed our expectations and complete the project in one day!!!

I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I had talked to one of their sales men a couple years ago at a home show and had saved his card for when I was ready to replace my floors. I put away the info I had collected and forgot about it. When I started making calls and getting estimates AAA Hardwood Floors had given me the best first impression, then I remembered the file I had put away earlier. Funny, I had noted on AAA Hardwood Floors business card that that I liked this company the best out of all I had talked to that day. Everything from the initial appointment to completing the installation went wonderfully. I really enjoyed the crew that replaced my floors, they were friendly, conscientious and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

AAA Hardwood Floors is an awesome company to do business with. We had several quotes from different companies on flooring and were not happy with quality and price from anyone. AAA came and gave us a great estimate and even better product and lower price than we could of imagined. The employees are very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They installed our engineered hardwood flooring for the price they quoted and the install team was very experienced and fast! We are very satisfied with our flooring and will continue to recommend them!

Good Job done and on time

I had the best experience with AAA Hardwood. They came and did my floors while I was on vacation. When I got home everything was great except for one small issue so I emailed the company. To my surprise the owner called me and personally came to my house to oversee the completion of the tile floors. I could not ask for better customer service than that A+ to AAA hardwood Floors.

AAA Hardwood Floors put in hardwood floors in our family room & living room and did an excellent job . They moved all the furniture , took -up & took away all the old carpeting and pad while keeping the house clean during doing the job.

Our new hardwood floors are beautiful. AAA Hardwood Floors were a pleasure to deal with right from the start. We met with Megan at the Airpark location and she was most helpful. Ken brought samples to the house and explained the process and alternatives fully. The installers arrived at the scheduled date and time and were very professional. When my wife and I decided to put hardwood floors , into a couple of our rooms, we did a lot of research. One of the companies was AAA Hardwood Floors. From the beginning of the process, which was done, on line and the follow up call, by Ken, the owner it was a wonderful experience. Ken came to our home and didn't try to oversell us. As a matter of fact he made some suggestions that would have cost a normal company money. Ken guided us through the process. We didn't like all of the examples he brought us. He invited us to his local showroom There, we met Jessica, his manager. She was very accommodating and helpful. We made our choice of materials and set up a date of installation. Jessica called us a couple of days before the install and the team was there on time. The crew, who are employees (not sub-contractors) of AAA Hardwood treated us like value clients. We then asked Ken to do an inspection of the work. Without hesitation he did that. He also gave us a recommendation of caters for the chairs in our office which would protect the floor. WE love our floor and the process from beginning to the end was professional , well priced and properly installed. My wife and I have already made recommendations about AAA Hardwood and the entire team. Oh, by the way, we placed new floors in our home which is less than 18 months old because of this company.

A friend referred us to AAA Hardwood Floors when they found out that we were looking to replace our old floors with new hardwood. Mr. [redacted] came to our home, looked at the project and gave us options together with a very fair estimate. They were able to start very soon which pleased us and came to the project with 7 employees. They took charge, put all the furniture on rollers and started work immediately. We would not believe that they were finished in less than 3 full days. The put pads under all the furniture to protect our new floors from damage when we had to move furniture for cleaning, etc. after putting all the furniture back in place damage free. We must speak highly of the professionalism of all people connected with this company and would recommend them above others. We love our quality floors and the manner in which they were installed. We live in a high rise and they respected the rules and regulations of our HOA during their project.
