I had Louie from AAA Hardwood come down to give me an estimate earlier this winterWe informed him we would call when the house was cleaned and painted for him to redo the floorsHe called every week for about monthsWhen I finally had the house ready for [redacted] to redo the floors he promised he would have the floors ready in days, but that never happenedHe sander broke down and then he used direct power from the electrical box for a sander he had to borrowThis was just before the Easter weekendWe informed him not work on the Good Friday but to come back MondayHe decided not to come back till Tuesday after the Easter weekendHe completed the floors Tuesday and wanted the money ASAPThe floors were still wet, which prevented me from seeing all his workI could only see the floors from the kitchen and was very limitedMy mistake was I should have paid the full amount and just paid halfWhen the floor was dry after a couple of days my wife and I inspected and found a lot of grit through out the living room , hallway, and the bedrooms, especially in the closetsThere was varithane splatted on the baseboards I've called him several times, but he has an excuse each time or he doesn't so up We are very disappointed with the workman ship
