I called AAA on a Friday and told them my upstairs unit was not working and that's where my office is and my daughter sleepsEven through the hot weather and the fact it was a Friday they had a technician, ***, out within a few hoursHe was very polite and informativeAfter he went though the system he explained what it would cost to to repair and because of the age of the unit there was no telling how long it would be before it would need additional work or just stop working altogetherIt was determined that a new unit would be the most cost effective optionI spoke with *** and was given a great price on the unit and easy financing options*** was the installer and again, he was very polite and informative, and had the unit running in a couple of hoursI then had a follow up visit with Roy for a quality control inspection and he wanted to make sure I was not just satisfied but happyThey were very professional and even showed gratitude for my business
