AAA Insurance

I've been dealing with this organization for approx years Seems when they are needed for a repair, it takes them an excessive amount of time to respond and repair the itemJust recently I called to have a shutter repairedSpoke to MsJoanne and she said she would have to send their repair person to investigate Then she immediately tells me that I'm in arrears with the monthly paymentShe said that it increased LAST YEAR IN AUGUST! I did not received any notice of such, plus our fees are sent to the agency automatically She said that they did and was sending another letter with a signature
I called her back on 1/26/and left another detailed message of a forwarding addressIn addition I also left an email with the same message, she has yet to call me back or sent any correspondence This organization charges extra money for snow plowing, removal and other items We should not be charged ANY MONIES for services rendered to us if we are paying the required maintenance fee
11:41am as I am typing this information, I received a call from MsJulie (nice woman) and she will send me the information I asked 3weeks ago

I live in one of the apartments that Patrician Associates managesIf I call them for anything they always do their best to help!

I found AAA insurance to be extremely helpfulMy claim was handled swiftly and professionally by ***sThx Hills

I have never dealt with an insurance agent as rude and unknowledgeable as the agent named Martha at the Southaven, MS AAA location. She has been rude to me on several occasions, and hung up on me the last time I spoke with her. 2 different times before and she gave me the wrong quotes on my insurance and put me in a bind.
I would not recommend anyone in the Desoto County area dealing with this woman...she is terrible. ","neg-1
