AAA Judgment Recovery Reviews (4)

I have been trying to get a hold of someone since Nov. 2015 regarding my judgement recovery. I am trying to get my Judgement back in my name so I can collect on it myself but no response from anyone. Apparently they are no longer in business. They could have given me the courtesy of contacting me. Very unsatisfied.

Apparently they are in business, I just got a letter from them, although it’s got no letterhead, it’s just a white sheet of paper and their name written on it.

I am in same position as you. I gave AAA my case but their phone got disconnected right after I gave hime the case. I just found out that they filed a writ for my judgement. But, I have no contact information. I wish I have contact info so I can help him find the defendant's asset. I googled and got this number but no answer - 6264032949.

Review: In July 2013, my husband and I contacted and signed a contract hiring Mr. [redacted] at AAA Judgment Recovery, Oceanside, CA to collect a court judgment against a former tenant. The former tenant works for the IRS, and it is difficult to serve a person that works for the IRS. However, Mr. [redacted] assured us that with his years of experience and expertise in collecting judgments from persons and entities alike, he would be able to personally serve the former tenant AND collect the judgment requested. But, Mr. [redacted] did not do either of these things. Instead, Mr. [redacted] filed a Due Diligence with the Court of jurisdiction in August 2013 and ended his efforts. I then sent Mr. [redacted] additional information by email on August 21, 2013 to further assist him with noticing the former tenant through the "proper channels" in order to garnish her wages and recovery the court-ordered judgment, but Mr. [redacted] neither replied to my correspondence nor did he answer to the subsequent phone calls I made thereafter for a response from him. Fortunately, we did not pay Mr. [redacted] an advance for his services, but we just feel "burnt" by his actions or, in this case, his "inactions." Regards,[redacted] A. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] advertisement of himself as an expert in collecting court-ordered judgments was fraudulent and misleading. We would like him to follow up on collecting this court-ordered judgment using the information I provided him on August 21, 2013 and, finally, on September 17, 2013. If he cannot fulfill his obligation, then we would like to get a trust-worthy referral for a judgment collector that knows how to collect a court-ordered judgment from an IRS employee.
