I am rejecting this response because:
In good faith, I purchased the item from this company. Furthermore, I was not notified or aware of the company's new policy almost two years after the purchase. The complaint is based on the original...
contract and invoice regardless of the new policy. The original invoice states "All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this invoice." No where on the original contract states that the company can and will change their policy as they see fit. So in good faith, I believed I did everything that was stated on the original invoice. Accompanied with the original invoice I tried to return the item and was denied the credit.
