Review: This has been going on for pool seasonsI have wrinkles in the liner they installedThey came to fix the wrinkles at the end of the pool season and now that they reopened the pool there are more wrinkles and a leak by the skimmer boxI was told by there customer service manage **, that [redacted] was assigned to fix my pool and he would fix it when he gets around to itThis is unacceptableThe pool season is only months long and every day that passes that I can not use the pool from the leak they created is robing me of the limited time my kids get to use the poolMy last interaction with ** I was hung up on and told never to call backI have reached out to the "owner" [redacted] via fax and telephone asking him to resolve this with me before it escalated here[redacted] will not return my call nor does he answer his phone[redacted] the repair man that I have been assigned to **so refuses to respond to me of give me a time frame on the repair.Desired Settlement: I would like this repair to become a priority since I have been dealing with this since last yearI do not feel putting me at the mercy of an independent contractor to do the job whenever he feels like it is adequate

Review: We purchased a home in August 2014 and were given the contract/paperwork for the pool liner that had been replaced in 2011. The paperwork specifically says "Lifetime liner warranty" and Lifetime resnap warranty. Our liner of our pool has pulled off from the wall and is pulling in other places around the pool and needs to be repaired (as liners should last 10 years and not do that in year 4). After three phone calls to the company I finally got a call back and was told because our piece of paper from the original contract doesn't say the word "transferable" the lifetime guarantee does not stand and they will do nothing. No where in the contract does it state that it has to say transferable and should be for the lifetime of the liner not the lifetime of the original owner.Desired Settlement: I want my liner repaired under the clearly stated Lifetime warranty and resnap warranty. It is clearly stated on the paperwork that was a signed contract and is not being upheld

Review: I purchased a pool liner last fall with a lifetime warranty. A AAA liner expert evaluated my pool and stated that it was in good condition. Pool was opened a month ago and a leak was noticed. After over 20 calls to AAA liner and cover experts I was told that the phone calls go to an answering service not connected with the company and that they are instructed to say that "the manager is not at his desk but will get back to you". In fact, there is no way to contact anyone with the company. ** stated that everyone in "the company is on vacation and that no one knows when they'll be back". He also said that there is not a direct number to contact any company personnel. (Just the unaffiliated answering service, customer service number).

I was advised that I could pay for a diver to come and inspect my liner but it will be at my expense. They will not look at the liner nor do they respond to any calls for warranty issues!!!!!! [redacted] the salesman for AAA misrepresented the warranty and has not returned calls for resolution. When initially contacted he stated, "you're the woman who owns the house on her own" maybe you could call somebody!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like this company to honor their "lifetime warranty" and repair or replace my liner which isn't even a year old. Since they cannot be contacted I would like my money back so that I may hire another company repair or replace the liner before additional problems occur. Thank you.

Review: Built in swimming pool liner was improperly installed and falls down into the pool. This has happened every year since installed 4 years ago. I have to pay someone $100 to fix it each year. The liner has a 15 year warranty and I don't want to do this for 11 more years. The liner before this NEVER fell down. I paid more for this liner compared to local offers because of the warranty! This liner cost $3000.00.Desired Settlement: I want this liner replaced with a proper fitting liner by Sept 2013.

Review: AAA liners started to replaced an old liner I had in my inground pool since april 4th and now is it June 17 and I am still not able to use my pool because the job is still not done. Conract said that job is done withing hrs of receiving the money, but I gues that is a lie because I have a pool and my family can;t use it because AAA is refuesing and stalling in finishing the job.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my full refund now. If I don't hear from Revdex.com my next step is to consult with a lawyer regarding this company and getting my money back. I have letters, text and contract to show that I have communicating with AAA about this issues and not one person seem to want to give me a clear answer.

Review: My husband and I signed a contract for pool liner replacement with AAA Liner Replacements Corporation on 4/14/2014

The salesman [redacted] told us and wrote in contract that we could have our pool opened for an extra $200. All we had to do was provide chemicals.

After liner was replaced we placed numerous calls with installer [redacted] who promised to open pool and never did.

We eventually had someone else open our pool on May 24.

I have placed numerous calls to[redacted],[redacted], and ** (customer service rep) requesting return of my $200.

All of them blaming the other and gave me the run around and refused to give money back.

I also noted that after filling pool with water the pool liner has several areas where liner has come off track.

I have placed several calls for repair through[redacted],**, and [redacted] to date (June 3,2014).

Repairs have not been completedDesired Settlement: Refund Cash $200

Complete Job (Pool Liner off track)

Review: never mind they totally misrepresented themselves from the very start, they guaranteed a "wrinkle free liner". ours is not. multiple calls have been left unanswered. the one that was told us they would be out in a "week or two". that was about 1 month ago.Desired Settlement: I would like this fixed or compensation to us to hire someone to fix it before we have to close the pool for the season!

Review: First off the company did not repair the damages under the liner. now we have a stones and holes under the liner and the liner doesnt not fit properly. There is also a leak somewhere in the liner because the pool in losing water. We made several attempts to contact the company and no one has contacted us back. It was installed on thurs. June 21, 2013 and we notice all of this when the pool was filled 2 days later . We enterd the pool we notice multiple rocks and bumps and sharp edges under the liner. We are dissatisfield with this installation. It total price was 3,575.00. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: We would like another liner whcih would be installed correctly with repairing the damage under the liner. Also, the cost of the water to refill the pool.

Review: I bought a swimming pool liner from this company 2 years ago. The liner warranty and advertisement states that the liner will be pulled back onto the clips if it happens to fall. This service is suppose to be for life. I have called the company three times since I opened the pool because the liner in several places is detached from the clips and has fallen. The answering service takes the information and tells me someone will call me right back but no one has called back.Desired Settlement: I want the company to contact me to set up a time at my convenience to pull the liner onto the clips. I want this to happen ASAP since I have been dealing with this for weeks now

Review: Purchased a new pool liner from AAA Liner Experts, including a lifetime snap-in warranty should the pool liner come unhooked from the coping. Liner was installed in May 2012. Several times in the summer of 2012 had to call for a resnap as the liner was not staying hooked into the coping. A few of those times, they sent someone within a week to correct the issue. At least once I had to call numerous times in order to get the warranted service. This year when I opened the pool for the season I called as the liner again needed to be snapped in. I called April 30th with the request. When we hadn't heard anything we called back. tehy returned call on May 9 and indicated someone would be out "soon". since then we have called back an additional 5 times (approx 1 x per week) and they still have not come though they have promised each time. They use an answering service that tell you each time you call that the manager is away from his desk, then they call back sometimes and sometimes they don't. So, it is now almost 7 weeks since requesting them to snap the liner in per their agreement and we still don't know if they are ever going to do it.Desired Settlement: We chose this company because they offered the assurance of service after the sale. We spent over $3300 and expect them to live up to it. Many service organizations now offer monetary rebates for poor/late service. While this company does not expressly do so, I think it is reasonable to expect them to PERFORM and to COMPENSATE for lack of performance to date.

Review: I had the vermiculite patched and top grade vinyl liner installed 6/7/14 on 8/31/14 when I first used pool light I noticed wrinkling and erosion of the liner. I have called and spoken with ** (manager) three times to get someone out to see it so they can reimburse me for the liner and water (3,200 for liner and $500. for water). No one has called or come. The last person that is assigned to see the liner is [redacted] he too has not responded. It is getting late in the season and the pool has to be redone and closed.I do not want them to repair or replace I do not trust their work or services. They must return my fundsI do have pictures in the event I have to take them to court. Please advise me on next steps.Best[redacted]Desired Settlement: 3,200 for liner and $ 500. for water= 3,700.
