We have corrected all installation issues regarding to this job. In fact, we have on record text messages from this customer "Thanking" our company for our repairs. In addition, on October 30/2015 customer agreed to notify the Revdex.com about us fixing their pool liner.

The original contract was for $5,499.00 to replace the pool liner and pipelines. The customer requested that NOT ALL pipe lines be replaced and have the price reduced by $1,000.00. That is what we did. The customer only paid $4,499.00 instead of $5,499.00. Our company is sending the installer out...

again to the customers house in an attempt to resolve the issue.

The cover will be replaced or repaired as stated in the warranty. The cover will be picked up within the next few weeks when the cover season starts. The customer will be notified before a technician arrives. This was explained to the customer in May.

Our company has contacted the customer and arranged an appointment to go to customers residence to inspect and repair issues/complaints if any.

Review: We had a liner and cover installed in our inground pool early Sept. The job was not finshed due to the liner pulling away from the wall as they began to add water to the pool. The installation was halted on the liner till spring so they could order a new liner. The installers proceeded to cover the pool with the new cover. The pool was less than half full. With the severe winter that we had the cover did not hold. The liner was pulled off more and also the bullnose edging was ripped off. We had not heard from the company so we called them around May 13th. They said they would send someone out to check on the damage. The first phone call said they would replace the liner and cover. Then they called my husband back and said they would not replace the liner but would bring a new cover. We had not paid for the liner because the job was not finished but we did pay $1882.00 for the cover. We still have not heard from the company and when my husband called the customer service rep 7-1-15 he acted like he had no knowledge of the situation. We were willing to let the liner situation go and hire a new company to install and repair the damage that was done because we had not paid them for the liner that they tried installing. But we can not let the cover go seeing we have paid for it and it has a lifetime warranty.Desired Settlement: Replace cover or refund money.

Review: I ordered a 16x32 pool liner and a 16x32 pool winter cover. The pool liner was ok, but I got a 16x31 winter cover instead of a 16x32 cover, I noticed that the winter cover was too short on one end when I installed it and immediately called to have problem corrected. I was given the run around about how it was measured and the manager ** said he would get back to me, but never did. The sales rep who sold me the cover just happened to call a few days later just to see if everything was to my satisfaction, not knowing that I had the problem with cover,so I explained the problem to him and he said he was going to call ** and get back to me. Well several days went by and I never got a call. So I called [redacted] the sales rep several times and left messages but never got a response, the last message I left was that if I didn't hear from him a day or so I would register a complaint with the Revdex.com. Apparently they don,t care they already got my money. I did not want to complain to the Revdex.com but I'm left with a cover that barely covers one end of the pool. **l I want is what I paid for. And I don't think there are 16x31 pools, this should have set off an alarm. Even the inspection drawing that came with the cover said 16.2X31.Desired Settlement: Just replace the 16x31 with a 16x32 cover in the spring, when I take the cover off. After all that was what I ordered

Our company agrees to the desired settlement by customer. We will manufacture another cover of the right size and install it in the Spring 2014. We will also call the customer to let them know of our decision.

Best regards!

Review: Purchase price included lifetime liner re-snap service I have called no less than ten times. After the first 2 calls, I received a call indicating that service would be in 2-3 days. It has been in excess of 20 days. My calls repeatedly go unansweredDesired Settlement: Follow through on warranty service, or provide money to a contractor who can

Review: Broken up business. Call one number, yet deal with individual contractors. Different guy for estimate, measurement, & then installing. They all verbalize that they are not responsible for the other guys job. Poor communication & professionalism. Nasty, unprofessional. They let the customer see their own frustration. Put responsibilities back on you. Make you feel bad. Then horrible follow through from one person to the next. They all talk like they are white trash. Its all lies. How can they warranty everything they say they will when you cant even get them on the phone. Messed up on installation. Then tried blaming me that my plastic liner lock clips were dry rotted. After all of these supposed EXPERTS were at my home, wouldn't someone have said that before?? Crappy work on my vermiculite. Just a terrible horrible experience!! no one calls you back. When they do, they show anger & NASTINESSDesired Settlement: Finish the job properly as promised, lose the attitude, reimburse for waste of water & electricity. Refund some money for the aggravation and waste of my precious time. Fix where liner is pulling, huge wrinkle, and crap job on vermiculite bottom. All without nastiness
