Signed a contract on 4**/** for installation of a pool liner, was informed by pool company rep that they are Revdex.com accredited when asked, found out they are not afterwards, faxed cancellation of contract to ###-###-#### on 4/**/**Called ###-###-#### to report cancellation sent, was told by Christine who is in Chesapeake, Vato fax to ###-###-#### which I did on 4/**/**, called rep # ###-###-#### , left message of cancellation, then called his office ###-###-#### spoke with Jake who is the answering service to leave message of the cancellation that was faxed according to instructions on contractTOO MANY PHONE NUMBERS , NO E-MAIL AVAILABLE FOR THIS COMPANY!

Review: Inground liner was installed for my pool on mid-October 2013 which cost me $3500. The next day that pool was filled with water, big wrinkles, especially at the deep-end of the pool were noticed. I contacted the sales person, [redacted] who sent me the contract and completed the order and complained by phone calls and followed up by e-mail. Next the installer [redacted] who was contacted by [redacted] and myself, advised that issue would go away on its own by spring as water pressure would push out and flatten the wrinkles. So, following the advise of the installer, I closed the pool for the season. Come spring of this year, about 6 weeks ago, I opened the pool and to my surprise, pool wouldn't hold any water and the wrinkles were still there. In addition, the pool floor has concaved and is mushy on different areas. Now, this is a vermiculite floor and I never had any issues as such prior to the liner replacement. I called the installer again who directed me to the company. Customer service assigned me ** to resolve these issues. So far, a diver was sent in, which cost me $200 to find the issue with the leak but the wrinkle and floor are still same. I've called the company and ** on his cell [redacted] but got the response that issue is being handled by the corporation. This is over a month now and no one is honoring the contract for a wrinkle free and/or fixing the issues with the poor installation.Desired Settlement: Repair the wrinkle on the pool liner, and the pool floor resurfaced. Refund the $200 repair that I paid for repairs, and the cost of the chemicals and water loss caused by rushed and incomplete install.
