IT SAYS "BUDGET TRUCK RENTAL RIGHT ONE THEIR WEBSITE http://aaalock.com/ - AND has the "Budget Truck Rental" logoHow can they say they don't rent Budget trucks when it says it right on their website?
AAA Lock & Key can try to hide their horrible customer service behind "We don't rent trucks", and that "it's not their responsibility", but this is what is wrong with America - people don't take responsibility for THEIR horrible service and just pass the buck and say "Not my fault"
So they can try to hide behind their "corporate shell game" so they can pass the buck, but if nothing else, I want to create a record of their horrible service and how they abandon their promises and their customers

I locked myslef out of my vehicle and AAA responded quickly. They had my vehicle open in minutes and the price was very good.
