First and foremost I apologize for all the mixed upSecondly, my driver returned the non-fixable blind in one pieceIt is a very old and damaged blind that the best handling process is not guaranteed to workI wasn't aware that she was on vacation She was in a hurry to get her blind back so I called and texted her several times but got no responseI thought if I mention that if I don't hear from her within hrs that I would just get rid of her blinds since I don't have enough room to store them any longerThis caught her attention and finally respondedI sometimes raised my voice for emphasis when customers don't seem to understand my point when explaining to themBut I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful Monte F [redacted] , Owner AAA Maintenance & Cleaning

so I called and texted her several times but got no response. I thought if I mention that if I don't hear from her within 48 hrs that I would just get rid of her blinds since I don't have enough room to store them any longer. This caught her attention and finally responded. I sometimes raised my voice for emphasis when customers don't seem to understand my point when explaining to them. But I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful.
