The letter below was sent to the owner,Mr*** ***, on August 21, and summarizes my complaint: On May 31, your company trimmed trees at my neighbor's home and you used my front yard and drive way, without permission, to drag your equipment and branches through I did give permission through *** for you to use my side yard, but not my entire front yard and drive way Your trucks also blocked the entrance to my garage and I was inconvenienced six times by having to wait for your men to remove the branches and trucks so I could exit and enter my garage throughout the day
During this ordeal, one of my yard lights was broken by one of your men who showed it to me and my neighbor (the lights were a birthday gift to me), a bush was trampled so bad it was barely showing, and another bush had branches broken off it I contacted you by telephone and you said you would get back to me on how to make this right To date, I ha
