On 4-3-15 Customer called to state a couple of possible issues regarding product they received over 3 weeks ago.
Our way of expediting the process, specifically relevant to the distance from us, is we ask for pictures to be either emailed...
or texted. Customer stated they would do so.
To date we have yet to receive requested pictures of:
Both law labels
Both tops of merchandise
Both bottoms of merchandise
As soon as they are received we can move forward correctly.
