My triple AAA membership was terminated in September 1, 2017, and I decided not to renew the membership. I received several calls from AAA asking me to renew and I refused to renew. Several calls were very persistent. I also explained to triple AAA that I had upgraded my membership to gold in the AAA New York region and they never gave me the credit back for my prior membership and instead I was forced to keep two memberships. Yesterday I received another call from the retention team of triple AAA stating that they would give me a free year of membership if I signed up for the Gold membership. I asked if I would get something in writing stating that I would get the 1 year free membership and I wast told that I was going to get an email stating that my membership would run into October of 2019. (first year paid and second year free). Today I received the email and it states only that the membership would run until September 2018. I believe the statement made by the person from the retention team was fraudulent and made in bad faith. I am also requesting triple AAA to immediately refund my 204 dollars charged yesterday based on a fraudulent statement.

*** expired on September 1,2017, our retention department called and offered him two years ofthe Plus membership for the price of one year membership number *** was created.The email confirmation Mr. received had a 2018 expiration date instead of 2019; we apologizefor this error. Membership cards with the correct 2019 expiration date were issued. If Mr. wouldlike to receive a refund for this membership, please have him contact our member services center at ***.Again, we thank the for bringing this matter to our attention and believe the actions outlined aboveshould resolve this matter.
