My husband and I used[redacted] for our recent move after buying a home in Titusville, FL. I wanted to provide feedback for an awesome experience. From the initial contact by phone to schedule the truck, 2 more calls to change the dates, and right through dropping the truck off after our move..... we received excellent customer service and helpful, kind and caring people. For anyone who has made a big move, you know how exhausting and stressful this time can be. To have people who will go out of their way to make things easier and affordable for you was such a blessing for us. I wish that I had the ladies name from the original call center who initially scheduled for us, the lady who helped change the date a few days later and the man from Orlando that was confirming our reservation. All very helpful. I want to make a special comment about how helpful Stephanie M[redacted] from AAA Mike Todisco's Moving and Storage in West Melbourne was in making sure that we had the right sized truck for out move and adding an extra day since we were not able to return the truck over the weekend at the one-way location in Titusville. We are also thankful to Ms. [redacted] at [redacted] in Titusville for honoring the verbal agreement that we would not be charged for additional hours prior on the day of return. We would highly recommend using [redacted] for your moving or truck rental needs.
