the next day, on January 3.  On Tuesday, AAA responded to approximately 1,800 requests for service. For comparison, AAA usually receives 350-400 service calls.  Extreme weather conditions due to cold weather resulted in longer response times however the member was serviced.

On Tuesday, October 27, 2015 3:58 PM, I received an email from Linda [redacted], CTC, Vice President, Travel Services AAA. No one has spoken directly to me. Linda stated that she "will follow up with a letter directly to your home with copies of invoices." When I receive the letter, it will show:
Refund from original airline ticket for your cancelled tour: Air France refunded $153.66 instead of $653.66 because they issued a $500 credit voucher directly to [redacted].
Airline ticket reissue from Israel to Ireland. The additional collection was $301.24, which has not yet been paid. We can handle that at final payment (or now) but the ticket is confirmed and issued.
To recap Insight tour
o Total for [redacted]: $2301.25
o You have paid - $200.00 (via the Insight credit from your cancelled tour)
o AAA will credit -$500.00
o Balance due for your portion of the tour - $1601.25
While it appears that I may receive a refund from Air France of $153.66 and AAA credit of $500, many times I have been told a credit was being processed, but it was not. As of this minute, there is no refund currently posted to my MasterCard. Additionally, Insight still needs to absorb $200 from the cost of changing the airline ticket, per the information provided to me on 24 July and 7 August. See complaint documents.
WHEN (1) the $153.66 refund for airline ticket is posted to my credit card, and (2) the $500 AAA AND $200 Insight credit for airline ticket change fee is reflected on my new invoices, THEN I will be satisfied.

Refund was received by Ms. [redacted] from Air France, but was $29.30 short of expected amount. AAA has agreed to make up the difference. Itemization was sent to Ms. [redacted] including this amount in question.
